Thats what i thought too, doesn't do a lot of damage , killed a cow with it though. It;s stacking out of a rock somewhere now, hopefully the real king will find it and save us all from this nightmare

Well i got sick of waking around with really no excitement other than whittling a stick and tried to fly off a school building. Started again and ran like forest till i eventually found gear , shot me a cow , got me some supplies :beans: and now after 2 hrs im back to fully energised, hydrated , sitting back whittling a stick again. :rolleyes: Im not going fishing ( i do that in rl) not gardening ( do that too) <_< So now what, ahh the stick whittle :D . Ive restarted three times now in .55 and ended bored in each one,,, ooooh there is a nice stick, WILSON !, WIlson . where are you?Look at the stick i found ^_^

Just jumped off a building because its getting tedious. 10 cans of food plus everything else i ever needed , but to do what, sit and whittle a stick? Id made fire, killed and eaten, pitched tents, drove trucky trucky, killed zombies, found guns. Its gone from one extreme to the other to be honest. Yes i have started again and am almost inland to where i want to be but then what , sit and whittle sticks again? mmm nope.

I guess in the end there can be hardcore , easy and kitty levels, i just want one gun. :thumbsup:

Its ok, you can drive it on the rims, i did for half a map till it ran out of fuel. Oh and uncle Zed waiting for a ride, i got back in and drove off.

With the drink i have it when i see it, but i grab a couple of PET bottles and a canteen, or 2 canteens and a bottle, then you find water purifying tabs and you can refill from a water hole, plus i drink at every well. Food is another thing. Not sure if i could get on the same server as you and have it work with me being in Aus, but id be quite happy to give you 4 or 5 cans and take you there and show you what i do.

Been there done that. I used to be able to leave supplies for others but now i have to take most because i cant for sure say i will find it elsewhere. I used to find it rather thrilling trying to get through a big town avoiding and sighting the KOS players and taking them out before they took out a new spawned player. Zombies are easy, they cant keep up with you if you run. Plus you can sit not far from them and they wander away in their zombie stooper I have more food and drink than i can use and can only wear so much blue clothing , geez, no point me even trying to kill an animal, cant fit the food in. Ive been looking for two things for three days now and they are not there. For me now its kinda, meh, so so between boring and easy.

I see it like this. If i can survive and take the p15s out of people that park their truck near me and they dont even know i was a tent thickness from them at one stage while i was watching them then i am doing ok. When the loot spawns are fixed ill do even better. If you can live well now then imagine later on, the head start you have is huge to newer players Im finding it a bit boring as in constantly running to look for gear but its an ongoing development of the game and its better to be constructive about problems rather than negative all the time

I was shaking like that even though i had all three green bars up.

So here i was, wandering about for two days looking for gear that i wanted, not needed , wanted. I gave up in the end after traversing half the map and went back to my home area. I was going through and picking what i needed and i heard a truck pull up :huh: Didnt hear the doors so i made a retreat away into the bush and watched them try to loot what i had already gone through. There was a fuel can there though. I scoped them for a bit and if id wanted i could have picked them off so easily but meh. I went around and doubled back and found that they had parked the truck in the trees, along with the fuel can they found, i scoped the area for a while and id say they had server hopped, sooooo i took the can and hid it at my spot, then went for a joy ride. That will teach people to come to "my" place i know backwards and inside out , Run Forest Run, no trucky trucky. :thumbsup: :lol: :D

Really? Thats the way , rather than come up with a logical reason why it shouldn't happen just, go play something else. So dont have tents then, if they aren't meant to be storage places that are at least half secure. There will be bases later on, OMG that might be like another game which this isn't meant to be, but hang on it was born from that wasn't it ? geeez. Then no tents no bases and have to carry everything on your person , simple :thumbsup: Everyone is entitled to their opinion

This is just light hearted banter, its all fun. We all know that the game will go through phases of great, easy hard, nuts and too hard till its right, just learn from it all and enjoy

Lol i wish, I put one down and pitched one on the same server right next to each other just to test it out, Gone!

So here i was about to shoot a zombie and he comes running at me, bang bang , two punches and i am dead. :blush: Now this is a very sad occurrence for me for it meant that i would ( insert horror music here) have to start again, as bambi , on the coast , with nothing, towns looted, zombies that are super nonhuman. Oh dear. I was shattered i was one of the rich as said in another post. Now i was one of the poor. I longed for the easy days of a full belly and loaded gun/s. Now it was pants and a tee shirt. I spawned near Solnichiny on the beach near the factory, wandered across the tracks checking out the building, 'looted" oooh bugger. Avoiding a couple of zombies by putting trees and walls between me and them. Checked the hospital, picked clean. So clean that there was nothing at all. oooh thats not good at all. So after the factory check and picking up a stylish bandanna i ran into the trees in the valley between the two hills and came up on a house. As luck would have it, a zombie liked the house as well and paid me a visit. After a short fight, fists only and he being knocked down and out of i went. Meager pickings , the place had been picked clean. Went to a factory between orl and polana and fought grandpa zomb, survived that one too :P Still no stuff to grab. I just kept going , not able to take on the Zeds head on, skirting around surely meant missing an opportunity to get some supplies, all the time thinking , " ill be back for you, you mongrel creature". Brings me to a pic i took, actually i have a whole vid from the spawn to where i am now. I wanted to do it to see how hard it really is, more so against the Z Brigade. Yes that's me drinking from a well with 2 Zeds nearby ( one left and one to the right near the door past the archway) and another two out behind building at my back. I drank till i was hydrated, backed out and snuck up the road. LUCKY i here you say, well you make your own luck by giving it a go rather than saying its too hard. You can see from the picture that it is very black and whitish, danm Zeds > :( Just up the road i found a truck, drove of still had only had one can of food, well 30% of a can ( stupid king aurthurs sword)smashed it into a small tree ( really? :rolleyes: ) and the two front tyres busted, only rims, still drove it till it ran out of fuel along way up nth. Took down a cow with the sword but couldn't skin it cos i didn't find a knife, or more to the point i didn't pick it up when i saw it. I had nothing to open can with so when i found a pitch fork i grabbed that to use, lost contents but meant i would die. To the point now where i still dont have a gun, lost a pistol , oops :blush: but i am hydrated and energised and healing. :D :thumbsup: I will now chill for a bit, stock up on gear and supplies , Because I was Poor and I am now becoming Rich again and i deserve it.......... I only posted this to show that you can get in and stay alive even when faced by Zeds fighting , bleeding etc, and being able to skirt around them, and even through them and get away

I had a mosin with long range scope vanish when i accidentally threw it in a barn, looked for 30 minutes and no sign :(

Game is only just over half way through its development, if it were almost perfect it would be at Beta stage.
