I had my fella all geared. I went on a run nth of Novo around the edge of the map towards Krasno, just exploring. Dropped into the base up there for a look see , the place was full of Zombies, they were all over the place. Went on to the school camp sth west of Nago. I had enough gear to last me for ages, so i went back to my stash and sorted a kit to head down the coast from Novo to have a look at the Prison island. Food, Mosin with LRS, longhorn and ammo and of i went. I was in Khelm and wandering looking in buildings etc, not picking anything up at all,all the time listening for sounds of others. There as only 5 on the whole map at the time but then BRRRRRT, i got gunned down by a KOS mongrel, DEAD!!!!! came from nowhere, no sounds no nothing till i saw him pop out from around the corner inside a house. I have to admire the skills of some people to be able to creep up like that, but their morals suck. I respawned, i was hoping for the normal Berezino type spawn and i could go find him and try to have a good ole fist fight till i was shot dead. Instead i came back to life at Cherno. It was a high pop ( around 45 on ) server so i was expecting to get shot as i went from house to house looking for food but i saw nobody. Decided to run about herding up Z.s into the fire stationg and practice getting thenm in houses and closing the doors behind me :thumbsup: . I would have been happy to see someone, im really just biding time till the new release comes out. Went through Balota- no body picked up a pack and a few small items and went onto the dock near the prison, swam out there and was able to load up with two guns and heaps of food, there was a lot of stuff out there. I can see whay they want to make sure loot spawns all over the map and not in preset places. Once bases come out and if this place got fortified ( not that it needs it ) no body would ever be able to get there and the people that have it have all they ever need to live there forever. I swam back and of course was totally soaked. At least its better than my feet gettin wet and being totally soaked, that's annoying big time. I went to Kamenka and the petrol station further down then up to the Base, saw a few peeps in there so i skirted around the inside of it and went to Pav then Zeleno. Headed to the base in the Nth west and on out west of Lopatino. Where i am now sitting ready for the next part of my trip. :D

What exploit, geez common, its a game for god sake. Ive played multi player games and seen much much more legit "exploits " than this stupid thing that everyone thinks is soo soo bad. If people can use something for an advantage then good for them, if they don't choose to then good.

Im rather happy with what ive acieved and yep ive stopped collecting etc, but cant wait till it starts again. Id made the leather pouches, hat , pants etc and did most except start a fire. Both on low and hi pop servers, hell ive gotten more than 40 dollars worth of enjoyment so far, so i figure in well ahead

Ouch... Thanks to the kind soul ( sorry forget your name) that opened two cans of food for me as i was running back up the coast from near berezino after id been KOS'd out the back of Novo. Against my better judgement i stopped when you said hi and talked for the first time rather than continue running Thanks for the offer of the ride to elsewhere but cautiousness has set in big time. I did see you running behind me and a noise and then zig zagging and then i got shot but was able to patch up. I got back to where i was killed pretty fast, everything was gone so he either had a squad or just let it go to waste. Im not too worried cos there will be a wipe soon anyway but its still annoying, it wasn't my good stuff at least. Anytime you want to hook up feel free to give a yell. Thanks again........ So here i was having a look around in the tower in Novo and i meet and chat to another nice fellow. I gave him my repeater i have about 6 guns anyway and it wasn't what i was looking for. Then as i was about to go another "player" appears out of nowhere bleeding and with his fists up. WHAT THA???. Then he proceeds to punch me, so we took care of him. I quote "he got #$%^&% up, indeed he did.. Damn there are some tools.

Yeah i know how you feel. I have no intentions on killing anyone but, but im slowly changing. Especially after the pair that went after me just to be smart alecs. Reminded me of the golden dude that pretends not to be a bandit but really is.

bwaaahahahahaha. I was down sth after dying in Novo through a floor and saw these two well geared guys, one a with a mosin and ghillie wrap on it and another not geared at all really. One told me to stay there and dont move, yea yeah ok. The other came near me and i heard one say do that funny thing. I reckon he was going to take my pants off, as he knelt i swung a punch and ran. Hhahahahaha. they shot at me i was hit but not bad so i ran into the water and swam out. They then started shooting at me and omg those tools were a worse shot than me, peppering with shotgun shells and bullets and not one hit. I saw a zombie ( to those purists its an infected, sheesh) and the one with the rifle was being attacked. I was killin myself laughing ant these knuckles trying to get a new spawn. Ha ha stay there and dont move, yeah right i had nothing to lose but everything to gain by making them look like idiots :D :thumbsup: :beans: even gave myself my own can of beens. I'm still chuckling about it and oh yeah i survived and made it to my stash just as i was about to die of starvation. :thumbsup:

Well, where do i start. Anyway i was hanging around my favorite area right now and was doing some collecting, geared up fairly well, mosin with scope, longhorns and a pack of decent gear when i came down a step and rattatatatatatatatata, you are dead. Really? I had no weapons in my hands and this dag on a sheep bum shot me for no reason > :( He must have been waiting because i did not here him come in through the laundry type tiles that echo. I know he wasn't there when i went in there that's for sure. Was i pissed, yeah kinda but well my movement was glitchy and well, no biggy, but he was out to kill people , its was a machine gun he got me with. So i re spawned and as luck would have it , i re spawned in sight of the place i was just shot B) So i went to my stash and picked up the other longhorn and ammo, that was all cos if i died again i didn't want to lose my gear. Problem was that one shot - load - one shot, takes forever. I set up so i could just see where he was, only a peep of black was visible. I sighted him and took a shot missed, "tish"!!!!!! I ran for my life as he let off a volley of shots but missed as i was zig zagging through the buildings. I ran like hell then off into the trees and as luck would have it , it then went dark. I scoped up the area he was running from and couldn't see him anymore, must have stopped when the light went down. Then out of the corner of my eye i saw movement in the distance, just that peripheral vision you get. He went into a building. I worked my way around to a better point , cos i was figuring he would have the gamma up , sittin in a bush i saw him in the building in my scope. Take a shot? no too far , id never get there and would give away my position if i missed and even to others if i hit. So i sat and watched , knowing i could take him out and was choosing not too. Then flashes and gunshots in where he was, then silence. I waited for ages and didnt see anyone come out of the building, i bit the bullet and made my way in. There it was, my lovely back pack, full of gear ALL ruined. I left happy knowing he was dead and lost his ill gotten gains :thumbsup: He was killed the way he killed me, brutally

Something that annoys me more than anything is that i can hear others loading, stocking, eating,drinking all over the place, not just right next to me, how the hell do you hear someone that is nowhere to be seen, fix it, please!!!!

Interesting question. I think some of the problems may be the way loot is spawning right now, it smore than likely there will have been a loot dump in one spot rather than distributed all over the place. Having said that im in some private servers with around 40-50 in them mostly now and there are lots of items to grab. There are a couple of public ones i frequent that have decent loot too, but it is concentrated in some places. It would be rare for high pop servers to have no loot, otherwise it wouldnt sustain so many players. Even if you are not sure about trying to get to a known loot area try going there on and empty server then going onto a full or high pop server and see if the loot is there. I know its kinda server hopping but at least you will know.

its just annoying to be honest especially when you are in the middle of nowhere and a can of beans is eaten,, oooh there a wabbit eating in its burrow.

Rookie Mistake Well i went out looking for some gear i wanted, without realising i had left my bandages at home. This are is normally full of zeds so i should have known to be more careful. Next thing you know im runnin for my life bleeding without anything to bandage myself with. By the time i got back to my area in the woods the screen was white , the zeds come from everywhere. Always take bandages or at least your t shirt to be able to tear up.

Good point about the game, although i think many of the faults are with the external servers that just wont happen when testing in house.

Well i respawned at svetlo. That was their first mistake, i lived around there for ages and i have stuff stashed, yep you guessed it, pretty much the same gear as i died with minus the longhorn. I easily made my way back to near where they killed me and grabbed my stashed back pack. Thing was that after about three minutes of me being back on they disappeared off the server. I will now setup and when i see them appear i will be where they will go and i will kill them. Anyway its all good

Well. There i was minding my own business when two tossers from a clan appeared behind me, obviously server hopping and killed me on the spot. I lived for two weeks and had all the gear i needed. They had no need to kill me and i can tell you all that i am extremely annoyed. I will now spend the rest of my time in this game going on the clans server and sniping them whenever i see them. I know where they are and will be hopping to so i will camp and lie in wait, plus the few mines i have will frequent that area too, but only when i know its them. I dont want to hurt any innocents Yes they took my long scoped mosin and longhorn however when i respawned, lol i landed in an area i had stashed some gear, and guess what another LR Mosin and longhorn was left there by myself. So now untill the new release is out i will haunt them and shoot them and even when the new release is out i will do the same. cheers

Yeah, well i agree , why cant the bipod be on the mosin, blah blah all the , "it's not what the real one is like" , the point is?.. Its a game and i don't think zombies are real either, but they are there. There are screw drivers all over the place bipods aren't as easy to come by , so why not have to use the screw driver to mount it as you craft other things.
