also having an issue since wednesday update: 0x000... could not read memory, nothing seemed to help, reinstalled windows, reinstalled dayz nothing worked... -
nah didnt work.. i also tried to join an experimental server and it says it needs to update BE, then the game tabs out and the cmd opens: updating BE and after a few minutes the game crashes again, with the same error..
-
now i tried loading experimental version, deleted (local Disk/program files (86x)/common files/battleye), started dayz and it began updating BE and the game started!! i moved back to stable version but the same error appears!! the 0x00... number is a little different, but its the same error again..
-
yeah i know but that means that is something wrong with Battleye or? yeah i will do it, thanks ;)
-
i figured something out: when i start the game via the normal .exe above _BE.exe the game starts without problems, but when i try to join a server it crashes, the terminal shows up and says i should run the game via steam!
-
yes thanks, already posted in there, but it seems to take a long time to get a replie from them.. reinstall didnt help. maybe its an BE issue? i managed tu get it run twice, at the second time i tried to connect to a server, then Eula appeared, i clicked agree and it crashed..
-
nope havent found a solution yet, i try to re install it. what do you mean via bug tracker?
-
i tried starting dayz about half an hour after the servers where up again and it crashes immediately with this error: the instruction at 0x00540680 referenced memory... 0x0000000 memory could not be read! i was able to play yesterday without problems. i also checked out the web about what could cause this problem, but no way seem to be working for me. i would appreciate some help, cause i love this game really much!!
