Personally, I'd like to see it as ArmA III DLC. ArmA is really the last of its kind and if realistic zombie survival attracts a different crowd to that which plays ArmA, then maybe there could be a crossover and both products could benefit (N=not only in monetary sense but community and a larger player base).
