Havent been able to find a leather repair kit but ive found several sewing kits. A few in the houses that have those metal shelving units all over one room.

Maybe they can implement a wristband style that allows you to see without bringing it out of your inventory. Then make the old ones back the way they used to be.

Found several, mostly in deer stands. Only brass. Also, seems to be working nicely in the quickbar (it moves direction as you do so you dont really need to pull it out to use it)

That sounds like a good theory. Explains the mini lootsplosions of the same type of item spawning all over the same house (house full of vests/jackets/hardhats/ etc.)

Hey guys, this seems to be popping up now and then since the update. Doesn't seem to be affecting anything as far as i know, besides the annoyance of having to click "continue" each time it comes up. Any ideas as to what's going on?

what can i do to possibly fix it? or what did you do to fix yours?

i never shot it though lol i couldn't find a mag for it so i ended up dropping it a few days ago, but i still get the message popping up.... hmmm.

I feel ya. Finally found a .22 pistol mag for my amphibia when "no message recieved" popped up and server restarted and after log in, new loot was present. Grrrr!

Ive been apple picking, and in all honesty its pretty much the esiest thing in the world. Even climbing to the upper part is easy. And each tree s full of apples. There are also apples falling to the ground all over the place. What im saying is that if we come across an orchard at the right time of year then theres no reason to come up empty handed at any tree like the way we have it now.

If going for ultra realism then we need to make fuel economy more realistic. A half of a jerry can in a giant truck shouldnt get you anywhere. Not to mention certain vehicles could be deisel or gas. Also, old gas is pretty useless with all the ethenol in it. Plus we will have to get in to changing fuel filters and brakes. Plus power steering fluid. Maybe alternators and distriubtors. We could eventually turn this in to a mechanic sim and have to collect entire tool sets to do these types of repairs. Socket sets, jacks, multimeters, timing lights, feeler gauges for doing your valve clearances and what not. Plus heavy duty hydraulic hoists since many jobs like doing a suspension would require the massive truck to be up in the air. Seems like the game would never get finished if it keeps evolving to different life aspect sims. Just my two cents though lol

7.62x39 should be all over the place. While it is a mil round, everyone and their brother has a weapon chambered for it in russia/com block countries. So just the sheer popularity of the round should dictate that it should spawn in any house on the map like 7.62x54r

Ive had about 50% luck with meeting people. But those have been on private shards. Like another poster said: best bet is a private whitelist server with rules. Most have safe zones or no KOS all together.

Rain poncho is exactly what i was thinking about today. Have it take up one inventory spot like a boonie hat and have it able to cover you and your pack. Im sure they are going to eventually require clothing options for each weather scenario which would be welcome like morning/nights being colder so jacket and hat required. Middle of a sunny day would mean taking off the jacket in order to avoid heat stroke while running etc etc.

I found one military barrack with a bunch of various coloured hicap vests in the shower room. But the rest of that barrack, as well as the others in the base near vybor were empty.

Found a mil tent in cherno. No reg tents tho but i didnt stay too long searching.

i tried finding stones on the train tracks and couldn't do it. i had to run to the beach to find one. would that be something that a relog might fix? or do train tracks (which have a billion rocks) not a place for knife stones?

That's the age old question. I know sometimes ill log in and have it hang at the waiting screen, forcing me to exit and try another server. Im sure im not the only one who has issues sometimes when logging in, so punishing people with a debuff for nothing would be pretty lame. Bad enough you get a 59 second punishment now in the same situation. Basically the only cure is to play on private server to avoid that kind of thing.

Oh, brave sir robin. How can devs add penalties to someone logging out? They all ready have you stay in game during the log out. Unless you mean make people's character stay longer while logging?

After getting robbed and killed the other night at NEAF (didnt have anything good so when i heard them say stop i figured why not see where this goes lol) i spawned at prigorodki. Headed north and got to mogilevka. Looted a bit in the dark and heard someone running. Went in to a house since i had no gun and waited. Heard him aggro a zed so i went outside to seenwhats up. I open the door and the zed runs in, i drop it with brass knuckles and hear "hey buddy" as i type "its down" i hear a shot go off. Its a flare gun. I run back in to the house and see someone, i take a swing then bolt by him and out the back door. I hear "sorry man stop i didnt..." then out of earshot. I run out to a farm and find new shoes to replace my ruined boots. I head back to town and find some food. As i leave i hear "hi again" so i pull evasive moved thinking there will be a shot. He says "dont worry we are friendly. Can you hear me?" Now i figure what the hell im in thesame boat as last time, crap gear barely any food and a wipe coming why not stop and see where this goes. He asks if im the same dude they shot with the flare by accident i said yeah its okay and sorry for takin a swing at one of them. I ask if they need food and they said no they are good. They said they had no guns and arent bandits. They even mention they saw some bolts for my xbow a few houses down. They say they are heading north and they wish me luck. I told them watch out for NEAF since thereare bandits there. They thanked me and we parted ways. I caught one name, Jared. Nice to run in to you guys if you ever end up reading this :)

Eastern canada is colder than usual. We almost had frost at the start of june. Nights are under 10 celcius. Usually much warmer than this by now.

And i bet he has everyone on "ignore" lol
