    Hi i am on a msi gx70 destroyer near enough the same specs but i have the r9 m290x (rebranded 8970m), no o/c just locked the cpu to 3.2 and i am getting 30-50 fps in the wilds and 20-30 fps in towns/cities. had to alter the cfg files but its playable. Let me know if you want my settings.
