Hey guys! New here, looking for more FPS!

I know this is going to sound noobish but I found the easist way to get great FPS is using AMD Raptr or Geforce Experience. Raptr gave me a really good boost in FPS and improved quality without spending all day in the config file. -
Further reading is that I could just have a high shock value and an epipen could fix. thoughts?

Friend thought he would be funny and hit me with the cattle prod. Now I have an irregular pulse. Everything else is fine but I read you can drop dead from a heart attack. How can I fix my pulse?

I logged in and found my AK 101 is missing it's buttstock and handguard. Is this known to happen when patches come out? Also if so what additional items can we expect to lose so I'm not surprised. *sounds kinda sarcastic but it's not. Serious question.
