Its that red house. several patches ago I died ALOT in that house usually in that far room. Most times I would get back to my body my pants were ruined and shoes as well. I found that table in the corner that you were next to and I believe one of the windows as well would kill me. (d-sync). I used to just avoid those building during that patch, but If I did have to go into that room for certain loot, I would just stand in the door way or maybe a couple feet in. (usually try to valt before I would go in that room) ps in case any one did not know, VAULTING updates your position on the map, so if you can't pick up loot, vault around it, if your being beat up by an invisible zombie, vault.... =)

well the frustration leading up to my death.... was frustration enough. playing friendly in some large city on a full 50 man server. I die. o well no biggie. I spawn in just on the other side of the hill at rify. decide to jump off the rocks over looking rify. didn't work. so I take off my pants and shoes and do it again. again didn't work, I remember you need to be still when landing! so I do it again, and again. screw that im going to the ship and jump off the ledge. go in left side up stairs and jump, repeat again. Maybe I need to jump farther down the ledge, nope, maybe if I jump just above the stairs... nope Ill try the other side. go all the way to the top. and jump again.... nothing So I go back to the left side and find a room that over looks a empty room below with 2 feet of water at one side. I knew I found the spot.... so I jump..... WTF>>>>>>>> I go and do it again... and again.... after the 3rd attempt I sat in the bottom of the room thinking about all the times I have died in this stupid boat when I was looting... I angerly slap my computer and my character lays down and rolls into the small puddle of water at the one side of the room..... YOU ARE DEAD>.. I then spawn in 3 valleys. and immediately turn the game off.

I've slowly made my rig a 4k rig. DAYZ is playable at 4k. but in the cities it get heavy drops. 1440p is much more smooth. I play 2160 when I am just messing around and meeting people. when I know I am gun fighting I play 1440p. Just so I get less of a chance to have those fps drops (my SLI dose not work for this game) GTAV NVidia experience recommends I play with every thing on very high or ultra. (grass on very high) in 2160p. I get a steady 55 fps with some drops down to 45, (Online not single player) I don't think I spent as much on my system as you did. but I don't see it as a waste of money. I spend most of my free time on it, whether it is gaming or youtube.

I prefer 3rd person, but will play 1st occasionally just to change it up. I have 1100 hours so far, and I would honestly probably play ALOT less if it was mandatory. probably would not be playing the game by the time its full 1.0 release. I don't mind the peaking over walls and laying down watching everyone. its equal for everyone. I enjoy putting different outfits on my dude, not just cloths, but matching outfits. preference is the red track outfit, or green track outfit. and police uniform. but like I said I would probably quit this game, but at the same token, the direction of this game is not exactly what I want to play. So I might not even be playing once its full released. And yes I knew what this game was when I bought it, and what it is going to be when finished. I feel I have already gotten my money's worth out of my 1100 hours already. JMO

i activate every land mine i find and every bear trap i find. i have yet to be killed diong it. I just always hold "S" when my animation starts. This way as soon as the animation is done, my guy starts to crouch walk backwards. =)

what's your thoughts on my idea of balance. the coast should be left as is, food low end guns and minimal zombies. This way people can still PVP, or get geared and come back and kill/bandit/rob ect ect. now the further inland, should have almost NO food whatsoever. Zombies should be in the hundreds. NWAF, should have a hoard or 2 of 15-20 zombies constantly roaming it. plus the other zombies scattered about. This way if you want high end gear, you need to plan it. Enough food to get you there, if you want to raid NWAF you are going to need a team of people. going alone would almost always result in death, Animals inland should be everywhere, but again no canned food, no bananas ect ect this way the survivalists have ALL the inland to survive. you still have the coast to PVP, but sporters, trumpets, pistols mosins, sks are still around on the coast Military gear would require planning and team mates to acuire this way every one can be happy...... well to an extent =) just an idea what's your thoughts

here is my problem, I have had double tap W as my run key for ever. last week I reset everything, not on purpose and now I cannot get my double tap W to work. in my controls for "turbo" I have left shift and 2xW. however shift works but the double tap W does not work. I could live with this however I cannot use my mic without stopping my guy from running (same finger) I cannot go into my inventory without stopping my guy from running (shit tab goes to steam) and auto run................ I can only jamb one thing into my keyboard not 2... so I can no longer let my guy run out in the open while I go pee, get food, watch tv and do other things that don't involve me at the key board. any help?

help I am going to go insane if I cannot fix this.

I was ok with the first .55 update, the only thing I didn't like is the player interaction declined ALOT. No people to play around with on the coast. and im not meaning killing. yes I ran into people inland in cities I probably would not expect them... but 99% of the time it was a gun fight because they just traveled an hour inland and they would not play friendly. I enjoy the player interactions on this game. but forcing everyone inland only reduces the player interaction. And death love when you said all the jackasses would be killing on the coast... that's the point. you want the food risk it, you want the high end gear risk it. higher risk higher reward. Currently the coast is all pvp. but really its not that hard to not get killed on the coast.. I played about 200 hours in only cherno and electro for a few months..... and not killing people. I had some of my funnest gaming sessions during that time

these outfits look boss.... now if they were ruined I would look just like all the others in the game. =) need I say more about pristine cloths? sewing kits are a must in the war on zombies

Yeah i don't fully trust GFE personaly i run in 4k, (3840 x 2160) with most settings set at highest. GFE says i should run at 1440p with some of my settings set only to high or lower. Now playing in 2160 with everything almost maxed out, i fluxuate in fps 30-60, with drops down to 20 in large cities. but still playable when i switched to GFE suggested settings i fluxuated from 25-70 with drops down to 10 in large cities. but barely playable i see more drops then normal in this setting then with everything maxed out. but every patch seems to be different. this is what i noticed on the .54 patch. now i have not tried in the .55 patch. but i did notice my fps got worse with the .55 update. i have not tried playing with my settings yet. i am re-formating my computer next weekend so i will play with them then. (getting ready for some 4k GTA V) =)

My first time to prison island

I got 6 people to kill them selves with the same Knife. shoot them in the legs with a shot gun, breaks legs without making them bleed. I dropped a knife for them and told them that I was not a killer but I needed to eat human flesh. I told him that I did not want there deaths on my conscious. they would refuse... then I would explain that I would just wait here with them, if they made a splint I would just break there legs again. 50 man server in cherno Yes you can surivie the "sick" you just have to keep eating food and drinks. stay bright green hydrated and bright green energized. Brigth green healthy if you can.... ive survived at least 6 times being sick, watching my friends go unconscious around me. yes cooking is bugged, you need a tri pod and pot to cook meat. it does not say "raw meat" or "cooked meat" (not sure if that's what they say) but the meat will change to the cooked picture on the screen. you just have to watch it. if not it will burn it. here is 1 of the 6 people
