    Launching Dayz from steam, clicking play and this happens: "Preparing to launch DayZ" then nothing. Window closes, nothing happens. Tried: googling (ofc) running from two different computers (one with windows 7, one with 8) running as admin running steam as admin running both exes in the folder running with disabled firewall running with -window Turning off and on computer & steam updating steam & game verifying game cache (or whatever its called) installing a diretx file someone mentioned uninstalling & installing DayZ Specs: Windows 8 Intel Core Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93 GHz RAM 4.0 GB 64-bit (anything else relevant? googled my way to this) Havent been able to play at all, any help is appreciated. Feels shitty to spend money on this game then not being able to play after easily 5 hours of working on it.
