Modding isn't enabled? Have you heard of the xxxxxxxxx mod? You spawn at the north west airfield with a random loadout and can get cars/helicopters etc

I used to get this. Then one day it mysteriously stopped happening whilst running every setting high. Maybe get a better computer? Or lower your settings to minimum?
