This game... I've got: GTX 650ti AMD FX 4300 quad core processor 8 gigs DDR3 ram 750 watt PSU and I get 50-60 fps solid anywhere

Don't bother, they're crap. Some guy sprayed me with a pristine one from about 20-25 meters... Result: Not one bullet hit me

Are you using two different copies of the game? This used to happen to me on dayZ mod when I tried LAN with 2 versions -

They're a lot rarer then they used to be though. So far I've only found them spawning in the yellow house

They added chainsaws in an experimental update, but there were problems with it :P
