Honestly the weapons are not the issue. Having a bag but not packing food an water? How did you survive? Not having food and water at the start makes me feel like rushing through the early stages... which is not viable. Atleast 1 can of beans and 1 soda should be at spawn. THAT is realism.

Fair enough. Keep the bag but add food and water. Why else would you carry a bag ?

Everything 1.7.1 but the backpack, but give 2 cans of beans and 2 cokes. Who in their right mind would grab a backpack but not have some food and drink? Solution is to give them food and drink but remove the bag. *edit was to fix typo

I love the guy that said to "just run into a building' when Zeds spawn in buildings now. Which maybe im crazy, but it seems the spawn range is lower now, which makes them spawn more on top of you.
