I't doesn't. The only suppressors are the Pistol Suppressor , Suppressor East, and the Improvised Suppressor. I'm guessing the Improvised Suppressor is just a reconfigured NATO Suppressor, since when it was introduced the NATO on disappeared, and the description for the Improvised Suppressor is the same as the NATO Suppressor.

Does anyone know if the Plate Carrier Attachments are spawning? I've found loads of Plate Carriers but no Holsters or Pouches If anyone has any I have a M67 Grenade, Blackskull Balaclava, and Black M65 Field Jacket for Trade.
