my backpack literally disappeared from my inventory, thats what i mean kind of bummed out since i had a satchel charge in there that i was going to use to blow up the elek church

sometimes i want to play on day, or i want to play on night... and the admins of most servers restart servers to which ever cycle they want... its REALLY annoying me when i join a server thats 10 hours ahead or behind its advertised GMT... i know it would be strict to enforce some sort of rule upon server times, but for the love of god when this game is completely stand aloen PLEASE implement a feature that tells you EXACTLY what time it is in game, 24 hour time or 12 hour time i dont care as long as i know what time the server is im joining it would save LOTS of time. right now i have nightvision goggles for nothing just because ive joined 10 servers advertised to be ngiht time at this moment and they are day time. really really inconvenient the way the server admins deal with in game time.

i think it should be adjusted so that half the servers for a specific country are running 12 hours ahead of the other half, so half are always day, half are always night at any given time...

just calm down, understand that this game is meant to be hard, rocket wants this game to be a pain in the butt, thats how it is... the only time i complained about other players killing me was when i didnt see the game as a huge deathmatch arena filled with zombies, now i dont even care i tip my hat to whoever kills me

new players getting killed? oh no... you have nothing to lose whats the big deal im actually in the works of makign a compilation sniping unarmed players

i dont agree with having a sniper rifle, but all i would say hypothetically if it was inevitably going to be implemented is that it would have to be smallest rifle caliber - .22 cal sniper rifle so it only does like 3500-4500 damage to players in the torso... but even that being said, you can still headshot anyone and that will kill them, so ultimately i think a silenced sniper rifle is pushing the limits... if anything just add a sniper rifle with the TWS scope because im tired of having to use a DMR with nightvision since i much prefer zeroing over mildot usage

This has definitely got to be the most rewarding game when it comes to killing other players, is it because you know in the back of your head that they have at least spent a few hours to make it up to the NWAF? I guess maybe because its not an Arcade FPS and you dont get to shoot others often; the less you get to kill others the more exciting it is to kill someone every once in a while? drop your opinions itt about why it feels so damn good to kill other players!

i would slightly agree that snipers are too common, but ive played for 310 hours and ive only found 2x AS50, 3x M107, 2x SVD, 2x M24, like 10x CZ550s, and like 10x DMRs.. that sounds fairly common... i would only like to see the DMR be rarer... its too good for its availability... i prefer bolt action over DMR though purely for slightly better accuracy.

ive had bad experiences with tents... ive lost 3 nightvision goggles and 1 rangefinder because every tent ive put up hasnt survived a server restart(yes i do click save tent) 0/3 tents ive tried to use have worked as theyre intended, im not going to be putting stuff in them again until i witness they survive server restarts...

originally i had a full loadout, now since the patch i have a completely different character which isnt what ive played before.. whats going on? ive joined multiple servers to see if it would fix itself but i cant get back to my actual character that had a full equip loadout... what kind of data problem could this be? i dont know why this is happening

no i use the 'show battle eye enabled only ' filter so i dont accidentally get database banned or something, ive capped footage of a person hacking before(i killed them and had their profile name on my vid) but somehow i deleted the video by accident and i have this weird habbit of emptying my recycling bin when ever i see something is inside so i lost the chance to get someone banned its pretty much a second life or something its a database error or data corruption i doubt in your case you will get your pre-death weapons back

crikey! i got killed at stary sobor trying to stalk someone (lost visual of him and ran up ahead to try and see if he ran down the hill but he was behind me after that) it says i die i go to rejoin and it brought me back to my old self!!!!!!!!!!!!!! got my rangefinders/nvgs/m24/m14/24backpack back! super happy i got killed now ive never been happy to be killed before turns out i had corrupted save data!

i spawned with stuff that isnt mine, i killed some player and took his gear, only things im missing from my pre-patch life are NVGs, rangefinders, m24, and gps.. i had random rations and antibiotics in my gear even though i never picked anything up i also spawned in a firestation

im gonna have a st ab in the dark and blame the arma 2 beta 94945, i reverted my day z files to 1.7.2 which was working 30 mins before i updated, back on the old day z files im still on stuck waiting for host... unfortunately i dont think you can revert arma 2 beta patches.. so yea.. my fault for not backing up the arma 2 files to test my theory

i too am on wait for host right now, my files and arma 2 beta are up to date, same with the server, and its on wait for host for 10 minutes now... edit: i can see people getting "killed" in text notification, why are others playing and not me? weird... using beta 94945

i just lost my entire gear, it rolled me back to when i was in elektro today and all my stuff disappeared except a few basic things(i wasnt wearing ghillie or camo)
