Can I Run DayZ Mod? (POST HERE)

Anyway i usually (try) to play dayz mod and on my old gaming laptop it ran fine as you can imagine but that Pc broke and im waiting for enough money to build my gaming PC Long story short my piece of shit replacement Pc only gets me 12 Fps and 16 if im lucky lets not even get into citys but i just wanted to know if anything can actually fix my FPS ive done ingame settings etc etc So heres My Specs Intel Core i3 (2nd Gen) 2350M / 2.3 GHz 4 GB of Ram Intel HD Graphics 3000 1696 MB Sorry if i did the whole spec thing wrong
