Just a lil warstory from yesterday, was playing with 2 other regulars and we were geared up and headed for Zelenogorsk school to pick up some pants. When we were about 100-200 meters from the school we hear gunshots, 2 different guns, probably disposing of zombies. At this time there was only 2 of us, guy #3 was lost in Chernaus. We aproached carefully, only to be spotted by one of the guys, better to shoot first than get shot at, wounded the guy and a 5 minute long firefight broke out, then, silence. Nobody got killed, nobody (probably) got hit after the first initial barrage. Saw one guy running away on the field, unsure if it was the guy from school or not. We moved in, heart was pumping, doing it by the book and when we storm around the corner....empty..they were gone. Where did they go? who knows? We continued sweeping the school, all floors empty, ah well, got some nice pants, cant complain. Suddenly hear a door opening above or below....we were not alone, then hell broke out, I was equiped with a AKM (recoil is just nuts) one guy came down from stairs, I opened up on him and it sprayed all over the place, he survived, headed into the next classroom and closed the door..wtf.. I asked my backup to help me out, here is the part where communication failed, I expected him to cover me from behind while I was exposing myself to the stairwell. Turning around cause I heard footsteps, see a guy in the stairwell, opened up on him ending him quickly to get back on my primary target in the classroom only to hear in mumble that I actually shot my backup. :P :P After that I met another guy in the stairwell, knowing I killed my backup it was safe to fire, shortly after that another bloke turned up, got hurt but managed to take him down at the same time the guy in the classroom comes out and kills me, unsure if I killed him too but I was dead anyway. Respawn in cherno, long run, managed to save my friends gear + his scoped winchester, we all regrouped (including the previously lost guy) and started at it again, immediatly got contact with a non friendly character. Ended up with a flanking maneuver, close range sks , 2 shots and...server wide crash. (we all crashed at the same time as the guy got hit). We quickly logged in, we assumed the other player would too, and he did, but he was dead. And he had so much loot, AK74 with 7 mags, additional 200 bullets and tons of mosin ammo and other stuff, they guy sure had done his fair share of collection, and now it was all mine..mine!! :D

I see, i'll try the furnace once I find a pickaxe, I believed for a second since it was attachable to the tripod it would work, but judging by the very weird angle it ends up with I guess it just makes sense. Or convince my friend to switch the cooking pot for the frying pan hmm :P

Hm I tried it but it just stood up in the same weird angle as on the tripod and nothing happened, maybe I didn't wait long enough trying without the tripod

Hi I finally downed my first cow and wanted to cook the meat, however, attaching the cooking tripod and the frying pan to the fire doesnt seem to heat up the frying pan at all, tried 2 times. Is only the cooking pot valid for cooking meat on the fire? The frying pan hangs in a funny position but since it's accepted to the tripod I assumed it works. Any comment?
