Okay so Its a glitch with steam I believe... Possibly my IP changing between my wireless and hard line not syncing with the cloud when I don't restart steam and my PC. Just got the error wig Insurgency on steam and fixed it by restarting. Duh. Didn't try Day Z yet but I'm assuming it was the same deal. So if anyone else gets this issue and sees this, restart your PC and turn off an VPN you may have and it should resolve

Nope, that doesnt do it. Is no one else getting this issue? I find it odd since it was working fine and nothing changed on my end. Ill try deleting the game files and reinstalling.

Seems as if a people have been experiencing issues that past few days... When I try to launch Day Z the steam window comes up and says "Preparing to launch Day Z" and it just hangs there and the game never launches. I did get one message about steam not being able to find the day z cloud or something like that. So im assuming other people are having the same issue? Nothing changed on my end, game was working two days ago but now nothing. Anyone know whats going on, I assume the game was down or just being worked on but it appears some people can still play? Any ideas?

Something is definitely up, my game wont load as of a couple days ago as well. Just tried again this morning and it justs gets stuck on steam window "Launching Day Z"

I have a MSI GS60 Ghost 470 laptop. Core i7 4710 @ 2.5ghz / GTX 860m / 12gb DDR3 / 128gb SSD I get resonable FPS at 1080p (1920x1080) with some medium settings, some high settings. The FPS does drop sometimes in big cities to around 20-30 but usually I can tell its 60 or over.

Last night after getting back to the NWAF getting some ammo, having 2 geared players order me to put my hands up. At first I ran because 2 nights ago my fully geared character was shot in the back with no warning or communication while axing a zombie behind one of the hangers. That was my first geared character I had built up for hours and didnt even see the guy who killed me. So with my new geared character I immediately got so spooked and pissed when I heard the "put your weapon down" communication. I thought for sure this was the end or I was going to be robbed of everything. Luckily it was two clan members who own the server and were very friendly and has asked if I had seen anyone else. We communicated then they let me go. Awesome. Ive only been playing for a week.
