p.s vehicles and knowledge of this game make it too easy to aquire top gear in short time. in the servers i play regularily, i get all 3 heli crashes in a day and due to when i play i can gather a large selection of crash site weaponary each day and im first to arrive. they are really easy to find once you know roughly where to look and after a 30+day character has everything on toolbelt and as much ammo as you could ever need sometime u feel the need to go get some excitement and potentially let some new guy get a great reward. i carry multiple sets of nvgs on me sometimes to trade etc but also like to think if sum1 kills me they get their best day of Dayz ever! spread the fun. its the same with vehicles...USE THEM!

within a few hours? try a few mins... the tents respawn that crap every restart. all u need to do is play the game some and know some tent locations and u have infinite gear...i have tents locations and servers for basically every possible spawn i could get. walking around in cherno/elek with high grade gear and not caring about losing it does not mean the player is a hacker. i now prefer to grab some stuff when i spawn from tents and go looking for the real rare to me weapons. m16 acog, or m4 holo. maybe the m14/m24 combo :) as50s are in every other tent...

as above said if u can aim its awesome. and having ability to put a whole clip into sum1 in full auto makes it prob the most usefull secondary... the m9sd is my only other choice

i think sum1 above nailed it. script kiddies...... yesterday i killed two guys that chased me on my atv. i pulled over and they came follwoing on their atv. killed them... then 1 min later bodies and atv is gone. then i returned to the tree line and all of a sudden. broken legs. should prob add they promtly got a battle eye ban 2 min after i killed them. so it seems its doing something atleast now? lol

those of u that have had vehicles know how easy it is the get loot and to find heli crashes. im on 2-3 heli crashes a day atm its insanly easy to find them with a quad. i do a daily loop to grab some rare guns n ammo then check for some vehicle parts to make sure i can keep my vehicles running. yest i found a box of 5.56 at a crashed heli, that'll be 30 mags then....crazy. oh and btw to others who search the crash sites alot, u gotta look UNDER them...so so many time i turn up to one and find nothin on the ground around the heli...go the the tail and under it.... as50 etc etc....plus loot the pilot zombies for nvgs

nope sadly i think only way to remove is to leave the ones u dont want and litterally dont touch them, they should de spawn due to inactivity.... ive done similar things like putting them too deep in a tree. makes it not enterable and useless....

lol, u need to find sum1 that has a normal fn fal and wants a night time version to use at night. common ammo that is rare and ability to swap to a normal 1 during the day is crucial. such a shame u cant combine rounds like other rifles. i would swap but already got 1 sorry. just go looking in deer stands for a dmr...save the fal for later in ur game...

according to rocket duping is stuck with us until standalone as its engine issue. i will never TRY to dupe but playing with a large group, alot of the time due to server restarts the items will just come back even though we didnt mean it to! this is my big issue with it, it seems far to easy to do even if u didnt mean to!

yeh find faster and look under the chopper. sometimes the loot is hidden in the grass on under the tail. be careful while proning about though the chopper ate me once and i almost died.

just test your tents with some random items... if they stay u can start loading up. if they get looted its fairly obvious as normally they cant take everything. just dont overload the tent as it will make those items dropped in after its full disappear

this, many many times already. its the only problem with high end gear

im not sure people realise just how abused the duping is....almost every tent i find has some evidence of duping...

whole point is they are supposed to be rare... with the game played as the game makers intended they would indeed still be rare. have u ever had 1? i have found 3 m107 and 1 as 50 in many many weeks of playing. and its only since i travel alot searching for crashed helis that i got top loot. other than killing another player they are hard finds... its just the duping and hacking that makes them not rare. its the top sniper rifle... ofc they will be duped and spawned...even if u remove the .50cals then they will still be used heavily... all u do then is remove the legit player from having them...

sounds like he was further away than u realised when u logged in. he prob saw u and sprinted up to ur rear... people who wait at places like the barracks try not spawn any z'd themselves... plus when he saw u log in next to the barrack he knew was an easy kill.... u have no awareness to the situation ur loggin into... hence dont log at stupid places..... atleast try to be in a bush or a tree....

same yesterday, about 5 camps all in open and not really even attempting to hide them... m249's m24s dmrs, list goes on. these people who claim i dont know how to get rid of my stashed gear.... lol. i read things like "we drove over the tents and blew up cars"....waste of time and effort. remove the crap from tents and cars, SAVE TENTS... dispose of gear how u see fit.

yeh i get this all the time now, recieve a hit from zed... bleed as usual for about 800 blood. now i cant hear...heal up... still cant hear... seems to randomly come back for me...

that'll be the duping/hacking then..... i cant understand the fun it is to know u just duped the hell out of sumthin. if i find a replacement m107 etc im very happy as i can play more risky and still know im set.

did u get anywhere on this? i play alot on uk127 and this concerns me as i was really hoping for as fair as possible server..

this please!!! at the moment if done right one tent is infinite supplies. just defeats whole point of the game. i dont mind tents but atleast stock it youself and replace items u used.... not just get it duped back. edit. didnt see responses. was there no other options to solve this? are we really stuck with duping until major game change?
