Just had this happen to me today.i was health with light green hydrated and dark green energized so went to the forst for a quick snack, was trying to eat but it kept saying there was an error putting item in hand. so logged into another server and it said i was dying of hunger and dehydration. all the food i had tried too eat before was still there, so i was lucky enough to have enough food and drink to get healthy again. but after a while i seen i was sick so i got charcoal tablets and antibiotics but was still sick. i kept losing hydration really quick and eventually had to drink till i through up. the sick status was gone then so i thought great im cured But nope, started getting the ''i feel a rumble in my bowls''. i kept beside a water pump for about an hour or more but kept losing hydration quicker than i could drink . i read online somewhere it could take 10 hours of play before you were cured from a disease, so at that point i hide my gear and killed myself. lol. i wasnt standing next to a water pump for the next 10 hours. not sure how i caught it, i did eat some cooked human meat when i was nearly dying after i logged back in. i wounder if that guy had it would i have got it off him by eating him. anyway it a doggy dog world out there. i sure the water i drank was from a pump as i usually hit them up between the towns i go to but cant be sure as i was a while since i drank from it. I was at the barracks above severograd and it was like i won the dayz lotto. 3 AKM's , 4 AK101's. i left with (1) 75 round drum mag plus (4) 30 round mags for AKM and (3) mags for the AK101. also loads more ammo for them. clothes all over the shop and boots, the odd grenade, high cap vests. tried to take a screen shot but not sure how and just wanted to get the hell outta there as soon as. there was defo people the before me, i found a few bags with stuff in them

Been playing for an hour or so and it feels like someone just switched on the easy switch. mosin, with loads of ammo , basicly fully geared is a matter a hitting a few houses. Cant wait for it to get back the way it was with the likely improvements.

Struggling to work out how i did. grateful for any ideas. So i was in cherno in one of those blue buildings with 3 floors. I was on the 3rd floor (were the stair case leads up into the middle of on open room) when i heard a door open on the 1st floor. so i positioned myself so i could see just left to were the stair case leads to the 2nd floor but he was already there and took a shot at me, he wasnt fully geared up but similar to myself with rain coat and gun and a dry backpack. so i moved closer to the 3rd floor stair case entrance so the person would have to come up the stairs to have a shoot at me. Next thing there seemed like flames and an explosion and i was dead. it happened really quick. it would be an impossible throw with a grenade plus he would have had to be in my sights to throw it. unless there's a grenade launcher attachment that i don't know about.

Was in electro fully geared up and see a fresh spawn getting attacked by some zeds. he was punching them lol. i saved his ass and gave him a ak74-u and ammo. but i had no mag for it so i kinda gave him nothing. On the out skirts of berezino, had just logged in and heard mosin fire, spent a while listening and figured it was some1 in the apartment builds. he had killed a few people by the sounds of it. seen a fresh spawn dead. so i sneaked in, slowly started clearing the building as to not make a noise. more shots fired while i was looking for him and heard him reloading but couldnt work out which floor he was on. got him eventually, sniping in a full ghillie suit. ''kinda silly using that in an apartment building i thought''. waited for the next fresh spawn to come along, showed him were it was and went on my way.

I do it for one reason. i have a job, 2 kids and a wife. if i can get geared up in 1 hour instead of a whole night then so be it, only got limited playing time. besides if i find a friendly chap il help him out. why just the other day in elektro i bumped into a fresh spawn, gave him a ak-74u and some ammo i had for it. unfortunately i had no mags. any way once i have a gun and a mag thats it for me, i play on a full server and no jumping until the inevitable bitter ending

Hi guys, been trying to figure something out but really struggling. Im playing on my laptop using the touch pad and no mouse. the thing is when you tap the touch pad it raises the gun and tap it again it fires the thing. it has a habit of going off by mistake when your running about which is bad in high populated areas. anyway of turning it off from doing it.I was in the control settings but cant work it out.

Just got my 1st kill(s). Was in Elektro, having been through the town I was reasonably stocked up. Had a fire axe , SKS with no ammo, my magnum with 30 rounds and some other goodies. Had just finished looting the fire station when I headed across the road from it to the building with 2 doors on it and no windows. I closed the door behind me went to the corner were I was having some food and drink before I logged off. Just as I finished I heard a zombie. I knew they couldn't see me as I was in a closed building. Then the zombie went silent, then I heard another zombie from a different direction, than again silence. I figured some1 was heading for the fire station. I pulled out my magnum and headed for the door, opened it and glanced out. The person seen the door opening and was running towards me and reaching for his axe. That's it , it's me or him. To many thoughts filled my head, do I stay in 3rd person view or change to first person to look down my barrel, it was too late he was on me. BANG I got hit with his axe but he ran on past me, swinging wildly at nothing, spinning in circles just swinging and hitting nothing. He had panicked. I lined up the White dot and fired 1 round into him then unleashed another but he was already down from the first ( waste of a good bullet). I took out my axe to make sure the job was done, I went to town on it blood everywhere, it was glorious. I waited a minuted to see if any1 else showed up but it was clear. I looted his cold dead corpse. Got myself some SKS ammo and 2 silencers :) along with different types of ammo. I took what I could and pondered over eating him. I had no knife and his was ruined "that's a bridge il have to wait to cross " I thought. I head on my way thinking il find a house further down the road and log out. I'm about a minute down the road when BANG, a shot but from were , BANG again both shots just missed. I go to start to run but my hand is shaking and I can't find the run button. " now it's me that is panicking. BANG, HIT my screen goes grey, I start to run finally. The road is straight but there is a tree line past the field to my right, that's my best hope so I run in the field zig and zagging over and back. BANG BANG I am bleeding, my feet are sore. SCREW YOUR FEET I thought run, run for that tree line. I glanced around while running but couldn't see were it was coming from. BANG bullets hitting all around me, I know it only one shooter though. I make the tree line after what felt like forever in that field, get behind a tree and peek round. No one running after me so I get bandaged up then pull out my SKS. I crawl up to a bush, I'm well hidden with a green back pack, green rain coat and green camo hat, I'm lying in the middle of a bush. I look through my scoop but it is damaged so try to work out if it's a help or a hindrance. I lie in wait for a while and scanning the area. I'm about to move on when I spot movement. A guy running up the field, it has to be him. He doesn't see me so I wait till he's closer, so I don't miss and give him the same chance as he offered me. BANG BANG BANG I let off 3 quick shots and he went down. Got out my axe and made sure the job was done. I don't think he was the nicest bloke, three sets of handcuffs and them bottles of disinfected. Still had no knife so still couldn't eat him, though he would have dissevered it I went back to the tree line and logged off. Got killed the next day when leaving cherno, boo Iv Been playing for about a month but that experience was something crazy and never had playing other games before
