imo the biggest problems atm are: 1. you cant craft a quiver 2. you cant move once you strained (is that the right word?) the bow and 3. you cant get the arrows back if you shoot them against a wall, they are stuck. When i last played DayZ about 6 months ago you could just pick them back up.

Any updates about the new Bow? The Improvised Bow is not really usable atm.

Wooden tipped Bone tipped and Compostie Arrow. However there seems to be no difference between these types atm

i got some Ammo which i dont need. 120 5.45 Rounds 230 5.56 Rounds with a 20 Rounds Mag (is this M4 Ammo?) + a Note!!1111 but i dont wanna meet up with someone because i dont wanna loose my AK :D so today after the server restart (17:00 CET) i will store all this stuff somwhere here (Zeleno, Drozhino,Kozlovka,Polkovo,Nadezhino) after that i will Post the exact Location + Server IP in this thread. things just disappear when you throw them? i tried Hatchet, Flashlight, and a Campfire.. everything just disappears while the throw animation

+1 sfx there are a few changes i would like to see with the Bow. slightly less sway (so you can shoot a bit faster) increase Range (ive googled a bit. 50-60m would be realistic i think) dont make it a one shot Kill, it should knock people out if you hit them in the upper Body and yeh ofc. more Chickens fo feathers :D E: i dont want the Bow to be too easy to use, but atm it seems a bit useless

First of all, i know this game is in Alpha and its been worked on, so this is more a Suggestion for the Future. In the current state DayZ is more like a big Deathmatch (Alpher, Alpher!!) and i really miss the Survival Aspect. It seems that people, after they spawned, looking for weapons an KoS the shit out of everyone. Well here is my suggestion. Dont spawn Hungry anymore, for that reduce the spawn of food radical. So people need to grow plants, or maybe go hunting and Craft a Bow + Campfire. E: sorry bad english.

+1 Radiation would be a pretty nice feature. Skalisty Island would be a good spot, but it should be worth getting there (high Loot area or something like that).
