    op i have almost the same setup as you. have you overclocked cpu and gpu ? ive set everything to very high , 3d internal to 1280x800 (im using 16:10). 40fps and up for me. forced vsync and tripple buffering with d3doverrider. screenshot of my setting CPU OC: 4,5GHZ , GPU OC: 900Mhz with 304.48 beta. verified the game cache yet , or even defragment cache files ?
