Maybe hallucinations would work in the game if drugs or ptsd were introduced in some way, but definitely not ghosts

I don't think fire should destroy buildings for gameplay reasons, just leave them blackened until a server reset Also the fire needs some semi-realistic way of spreading. I don't want to throw a molotov into the doorway of the hotel in cherno and have the whole building ablaze within a few seconds. It could spread from room to room, or there could be a grid based system -
Why would survivors waste time and resources building flimsy houses when there are already thousands of habitable structures scattered throughout Chenarus? Obviously though I can understand building fortifications and simple structures like deer stands/watchtowers

Saying he's thinking of implementing underground bases doesn't rule out normal bases. Anyway, it'd be weird only being able to build bases underground when it's probably easier to implement overground bases. Plus constructing underground structures irl compared to normal bases is extremely difficult, and normal fort-type bases would probably be easier to defend against zombies -

Yes, it's a zombie apocalypse and the military have been everywhere. It's likely they would have left behind some high-end military equipment

That's the entire point of it. It's a rare item that gives you an advantage over other players who don't have it. You could say the same about any other weapon or equipment- like ghillie suits remove all the skill in concealing yourself from other players

Just make them rarer. I don't want things that add variety to the game completely removed

Nope, did nothing for me -
I suggested this before I think, but it's a good idea and would make the zombie threat much more unpredictable. I also reckon 'stealthy zombies' would be good. They could only spawn in buildings and only wander out of them when aggroed by a player. By stealthy I mean they would be much quieter than regular zeds and crouch walk until they're in a player's line of sight
