Hackers are getting to be a big problem is there a way to enable Name killed by Name msg's so if there is a hacker teleporting around killing people its less likely he will get away with it

not going to be hard for a server admin to ban anyone with a blank name off their servers

good if its pissing hackers off should not be hard to see who changes their name every time they log into the server or flag players who have used more then 5 names on that server to help id hackers and ban them

it was in the game before but removed it couldent be hard to be turned back on could it

i think ive seen Player killed by Player msg in a server before this is more of a thread asking if anyone knows how to enable it then a suggestion its required to help combat hackers there is no way around it unless you enjoy hackers running free on your server

without side chat it kills alot of the growth of the game and new players will be more frustrated without a channel to ask for help and meet new people ive used side chat before to ask for help when im in the middle of nowhere when i was low on blood and could not see it made the game much more enjoyable you could meet people now it feels like your playing a game with nobody who can speak english in it -.- how are new players going to learn about the game alot of people who would play are going to give it up before they give the game a real chance now Communication is important in online games

the new patch's are ruining any enjoyment people have playing this game (its a ARMA 2 PATCH that caused nighttime to be pitchblack) it is now impossible to see at night time its not "hard to see" its "impossible to see" you cant even tell if your in 3rd or 1st person mode that's how hard it is to see this is a video game for people to enjoy not real life there is no reason you should not be allowed to see at night you cant use the flashlight and run at the same time no new players are going to enjoy that DayZ is going to die off why make changes that hurt the popularity of the game if some people do enjoy not being able to see at all make it so only Vet servers are like this Zombies spawning inside buildings is going to ruin alot of the enjoyment of the game as well running into other players in half the enjoyment of this game not just the zombies players may be inside buildings all the time so your already careful you do not need zombies to spawn inside buildings LOOK HERE BEFORE YOU POST ANYTHING video uploaded in HD Quality this is with Brightness and Gamma both set to around 70% and HDR set on "VERY HIGH" Daish added another video longer and 100% Brightness 100% Gamma no clouds in the sky its unplayable at night and nobody will enjoy playing like this small changes can destory games Daish has seen it happen many times

Have you ever been outside at night? I have deployed to Iraq twice and have expierienced life without power. The moon is bright MUCH more than it is completely dark. the kids seem to have no idea how bright it is outside at night when your outside on a sunny day then go inside and its darker then normal is the same thing thats happening at night you can see at night no problem if there is a moon

last night there was a full moon it felt like i was wearing night vision goggles when i went outside you could see clearly with no problems at all in all directions the only issue with night time inside buildings can be dark but humans have no issues seeing at night outside if there is a moon up

in a game like this its not trolling its causing drama and conflict as long as your not being offensive and that makes people enjoy a game more

when logging out when in combat is out of the game the game will die most people will quit
