I dont crash when i walk but when i press SHIFT to start running i crash. Somebody PLZ Help

When I started Playing DayZ Standalone About A Month ago it was running fine then i noticed the menu popping up for no reason i thought it was just a normal bug and it will get fixed over time. But it just kept doing the same thing over and over and over again. it happens ever minute or so. Please Help me out. Thanks -MCMewtwo
