If you play a lot of DayZ and Epoch then FactionZ is definitely worth your time. I have been playing FactionZ since its birth and it has evolved into one awesome beast of a game. I would highly suggest checking it out if your interested in a friendly and helpful community and are looking for something a little more out of the DayZ / Epoch scenario that other servers have present, because honestly until you have participated in a FactionZ event you haven't lived.

Aight, My bad, I am not one to run away and hide if i make a mistake. I shall remove that from my original post. Good on your for being able to build a camp of that size in 1 day tho. Oh and the only reason I was surprised I got shot in the back was because I was looking BEHIND myself, but oh well ill put that up to me being blind. Wasn't me.

All hacking IS bad, your not playing the game how it was intended to be played, even if you use the guise of good.

Hacking ruins any game. Yes I do agree that starting over is nice from time to time, but if your with a group of buddies focusing on objective gathering efforts just to get insta gibbed and all your hard work destroyed, that respawn and then hour or so it takes to meet up and get people some basic gear doesn't seem like to much fun after the third or fourth time. And I agree it would be nice to know bans are occurring, when it seems like the hacking is just getting worse.

So, as the topic states hackers are destroying Dayz. My Squad of 5 were on tonight and got killed on 2 different servers by hackers. Its almost to the point that if you want to live, your going to have to start hacking yourself, and I am sure a lot have already resorted to doing so in order to play. Yes I know this is an Alpha, and a mod, but I think its time you put content updates to the back burner and started working on stability and updating that cheat detection. Because restarting on another server to just find out its full of another couple of hackers is extremely fun. Oh and if you want the play the game I would avoid these servers: The Game Lounge US 1413 = Invincible Vehicle's, Zombies arent attracted to them but when firing upon the vehicle the whole map came to me. They also had a chopper in the server which seemed to know EXACTLY were I was and killed me.(I thought these were removed?) US 1332 = already reported this server in the cheat sub forum. But I wonder if that is even ever looked at. Lastly... BAN ALL THE HACKERS! Thank you :)

Server this happened on: US 1332 Time that it happened: 12:15-30 am PST(My time) Hackers name in game: SpectruM What happened during the incident: We were at grid 060 / 102. We were just crossing the field when a member of our party was sniped. We ran to the tree line, I had eye's on him in treeline north of the pond, I then lost him and thought he was crawling around us then from behind another of our party was shot dead by an M4A1 CCO SD. I ran to his ATV and saw him running on the treeline. Put 5 rounds in him and he ran back into the tree's directly into my buddy who put a full clip from his M4 into him, during that i was on the other side and put another clip from the M24 into him. He turned and just killed me and walked away. He is currently still on the server. This punk needs a ban now. Thanks.

Never mentioned anything about increasing the spawn of the said rifle. My response was to the OP who thinks that having them in the game from a realistic stand point isn't valid. People seem to think that these rifles are solely used for blowing up equipment... Well unfortunately that is wrong. Stop crying for a removal of a gun because you are all but hurt from being 1 shot by one.

How is having this rifle in the game not realistic? I mean I could understand your logic if there were no air fields, military outposts, or downed chopper locations.... but your "this isn't realistic" approach to not having this gun be available isn't sound.

I agree with you that Pay to win is very bad! So dont do that! - Purchase once, Adopt Guild Wars style expansion purchases. - Studio, But never stop listening to your player based. - Kickstarter this up by all means. But all in all this is your baby, you are gonna have to raise it the way you want, no matter how many spankings you will have to give the community.

Was just playing on seattle 19. Saw a blue van drive away from a crash site. shot killed the driver. didnt see the passenger. I then blew out both the tires. All a sudden the vehicle was despawned. And I was shot to unconsciousness. Mind you I was sniping with the AS50 at about 700m. It was around 9AM PST. Actually looks like I killed both. Was at 1 Kill. Now at 3.

You can harvest wood with that melee axe as well. Kinda miss having the hatchet as a tool tho... Maybe make the hatchet replace the pistol slot if possible, so that we can still harvest wood.

You have to stick it out... I am still learning how to play and me and my brother are pretty well geared. With the newest patch I would strongly suggest when in or near any towns... PRONE, we found that the only way to not aggro zombies in daylight. Dusk / Night time is a different story. I would also strongly suggest leaving the coast line towns and heading inland to search the barns and towns there, far less players. Also when you do get a gun, dont befriend other players but your buddies...KILL ON SITE! LOL.
