They only appear in the evening and night. Once a innocent pet, now a blood thirsty zombie on 4 pawns. They usually roam around their long decided owners. Being undead and still having the noose of a dog they are very attracted to the smell of fresh blood. Once you bleed and made contact with the owners you better run ! But, there is a reward of taking risk. Undead dog being still a dog,they just cant turn down raw meat ! This will distract them in such matter that they will stop pressuring you and all the focus goes on the meat. While being distracted and enjoying a nice piece of raw meat. Bandage yourself ! And grab your rope. These creatures of the night can turn useful once in control. They still have great hearing, once a surviver is near or an zed. Their behavior changes. Also growling in such matter that you'll wish to be dead. Be creative. Example shoot your enemy once and release the pack of mental undead dogs. Guard your tent with these puppy's outside ! You'll know when you have a visitor,.....

Now im not aswell geared as i used to, But okay the current loadout : assault backpack 1 cow in the backpack M16A3 with m203 2xsmoke 6x stanag M1911 with 9 mags ( the M1911 is by far my favorite handgun, one shot one kill. good for even mid-range once you get the feeling of that gun ) M9 SD with 3 mags ( That one i use when entering a village ) 3x morphine 3x painkillers 2x bloodbag 4xbandage 2x nade and some other crap

latest patch, fucked it up completely for me. cant get passed " Waiting for host "

Having same problem. Did everything i could think off / read Cant join any server at all, all " Waiting for host " Update battleye manually placing the file in appdata and in battleye folder. ( Didn't fix it ) Update manually to newest beta patch ( Didn't fix it ) Delete everything dayz related and reinstall ( Didn't fix it ) Now what ?

I use Action! ( http://mirillis.com/en/products/action.html ) eating way less resources than for example Fraps Can capture on full hd And i can capture ingame sound and my mic at once

a pile of rubble killed me once. had a bunch of zed's behind me, so i ran across a little village bump into a pile of rubble broken leg and heavily bleeding. before i could bandage myself and give myself morphine the zombies already were next to me and had a nice meal =(

Dude have you ever worked with a game engine ? :-/ Fixing things can break other things that you may not be aware of. Same goes internal testing and live testing its two different worlds Might work good in the "lab" but in the outside world with allot of variables it can break. So give him a break. its far more complex than you can ever imagine besides that, rocket knows what he's doing. that being said he and the rest of the dev team are PEOPLE who make mistakes or are trying different approaches of fixing a problem. its a darn alpha its allowed 2 screw up !

Okay, first little problems i spotted A. changing from suits gives full ammo mag ( i had 4 rounds left in winchester, changed suit had 15 again ) B.Seems zombies don't follow players very well inside buildings once they leave the building Found a house packed with zombies guess someone pissed them off and run out of the building. but instead of pursue him thought the door they follow persons general direction so they keep walking into the wall ( which i found very temping, a perfect place 2 trow my m67 grenade. so i did ^^ ) C. before you are even fully ingame the food/drink meter starts blinking and lowers your blood level, before i was actually ingame my blood level was lowered by 600 from starvation. Since my blood level wasn't very high anyway i passed out almost straight away. luckily i had a bloodbag and food and drink so i could stabilize myself in the short moment i was back from unconsciousness
