Vilayer Server. If I set "20.00", when I restart the game it shows "13.25"... always. What should I do to solve this problem? I have a community event tonight and I don't know what to do...

Tons of famous youtubers like Frankie use hacks to make great shots with the god mode, so I have for you an innocent question: If I buy a private server with password(I will share it only with my friend), Am I free to use the god mode to make wonderfull intro/outro? (I am on a private server with my friend, it will not ruin the game to anyone)
