Me and my friend tried the walkie-talkies and it works darn great tbh, I don't see any use to change this, mainly since you don't use the Local Chat or Vehicle Channel or what not, you can just choose a channel and talk away, ofcourse the range is short, but that does give a realistic way that you want to stick close, since you can't tell what the range is of something atm or the actual range of the walkietalkie, you need to try stuff out. -

Besides breaking those parts of your body, wouldn't it nice that if you're a good shot and shoot at the rifle it breaks? I mean this adds a way of not having a weapon out always. Now since I'm no PvP-er myself I rather don't see this, but overall it does give an extra degree of challenge :) -
Smoking does also stills hunger atleast it did/does for me :)

The Gas Lamp is already portable ofcourse, but it would be nice so you can hang the gas lamp while it is turned on; on your backpack or trousers so you have your hands free to use. This would also be handy with let's say the Chemlight.

I do hope to see this, cause if you're walking in the dark even with a gaslamp or with a chemlight the light circle is only as big, so you once you need to switch to let's say your axe or pickaxe you're probably already bleeding or even worse death.

Nah me and my buddy mostly play on Crimson Crew server (PvE/RP) and or they turned off Loot, or they indeed need to reinstall their server, cause that place has LITERALLY no loot. Nothing.

Perhaps an idea to make a portable pump/generator so you can make them work? Ofcourse make them rare?

Aye something like that, even that one can break and even put you on fire (Not in that game, but it works on Oil?)

Since you can cut a stone in half (2 Small Stones) Would be nice if you can use those also to start a fire, you don't necessary need to search for matches then :)

Vehicles are invulnerable, except the windows unless that has changed and since shotties have a spread it is possible that only some pellets hit you and the rest hit the body of the truck.

If the lamp has a chance to break and leaking gas I don't mind if that would happen, I mean it is realistic in my eyes. But I do want it to be that chemlights and the gaslamps to be away from your hands.

Derp! the most easiest and standard thing I forgot sighs I'm such a simpleton sometimes haha and yes you can get stones. Find a pickaxe and some rocks/mountains and you can get stones that way. Also the pickaxe is another weapon next to the Firefighter Axe who 2-hit kill zombies :)

or perhaps make it as an upgrade with a wooden stick so it dangles on the stick on your backpack :)

maybe a silly/stupid question, but how do you know if there is wind?? I don't think the trees/bushes are rustling. I don't get any message btw :) I can put the matches inside one of the 5 slots of the firekit, but nothing happens.

Do you really need to have a Fire Kit AND Stones to be able to make a fire? I had all the parts except the stones, but couldn't light the fire with the matches.

Before 0.52 wasn't there already a Suppressor for the M4?? It didn't really do it's job much, but I swear that I found one in the barracks before they actually were implented.

Do the LP's wear after each use?

why not make the Gorka stuff the Insulating Fabric? I mean they're meant to keep you warm no? and that you can use those parts as temporary patches on your regular clothing and they get that specific bonus until it's weared down. This is only my idea/thought of this.

You always have douchebags in these types of games to ruin it for newbies or bambi's. To me I like it to find stuff myself. I always end up finding different stuff, but I have to say it's a nice gesture! :)

I always play with one friend and we're mostly together. He is definetly a way better shot then me, but it is such ashame that most ppl use this game to use only for the PvP. I said this in another post aswell, the main stay of this stays survival, not necessary PvP :)

It is true that some servers don't have ANY loot at all save for some books. -

Some servers have some issue with loot it seems, one of the servers me and my friend visit regularly have entire towns without loot. So 0.52 which should fix the super loot bug, might've broken the loottables a slight bit. -
So I thought that I've read somewhere that Dean was saying that eventually the Dedicated server files for DayZ would be openly downloadable so you can setup your own private hived server. Will this still happen eventually? Cause the servers are A. way too expensive and the MUST to have a 30 slot server atleast is well also kinda bummer. Cheapest one that I could find was roughly 0,90 euro cents per slot and then some extra costs. I would love to know if this will still happen.
