Bump for this thread. I'm having the same exact problems. I've heard this is affecting all the new players? If that was true I feel I'd hear more outcry. I also hear there is supposed to be a patch for this? When? And what's wrong? And who knows how to help? Bought the game and have tried for over a week to play and am very anxious.
