So , Battleye doesn't answer anything about why you're banned , right?

I knew that Battleye can't unban me because this game ban people from their Steam Accounts. But I just want to know why I got banned , I saw people got banned after played for 4 hours for no reason. ok , now i know that Battleye can't unban anyone and then I sent an email about my banned information (I just want to know why because I want to make sure if I buy new one I won't get banned anymore.) I waited for 7 days , still no answer about this. This is what Bohemia trust , right? My ArmA 2 got banned before but I can get unbanned because I didn't hack but this game can't even give me an answer why I got banned. If you really want this game better , please change new hacking protection such as VAC. My banned code is #eb2c49 sorry for my bad English , I don't good enough. P.S. : In SEA there is no BE-disabled sever. (sad)
