Game has no way of knowing what I feel so I really do not like it. I am fine with physical effects but not arbitrary emotional stuff.

can we have a more "savaged" environment (like higher grass, bushes, vegetation in general) and more chaos in the cities?

Agreed. Even games like CoD and BF have more lived in environments. The current map looks like a collection of very simple set pieces. -
Well it is a shooter with survival elements so nothing wrong with being a "bandit"

Have same keyboard. Use auto run on it. Even with a regular keyboard there are plenty of programs for macros. No need for pennies and what not. -

If a "bambi" knocks you out then you are really the bambi in that situation and he deserves everything he gets from you.

Sounds have never been BI's strong point but I hope they step their game up with DayZ and ambient sound effects. It is seriously lacking atmosphere.

Some people think it is some sort of roleplay sims game where killing is forbidden and they get hella mad when you blow their head off. -
Well it is not scary and when it comes to fighting you can use a lot of the same tactics from other 3rd person shooters so I guess a 3rd person zombie game with survival elements.

I too can sit a meter from a corner or wall and see behind it or over it in real life. DayZ is not a realistic game. For gamey reasons, 3rd person view and balance in guns has to be in.

And how much will it cost when it comes to power. Not to mention it will not be 100% accurate. Bigger developers with more money and experience have not made even an anti-teamkill system that doesn't punish for accidents. -
DayZ is not a realistic game. It has 3rd person view which itself is a huge sign that you shouldn't expect realism. A .22 to the heart or head will kill you in real life but for the sake of balance it should not be so powerful in the game.

FoV slider shouldn't be removed. Different people like different fov because preference, monitor setup, etc. Juts make it so you have to restart the game or quit the server to change it. Do not really care about the crosshair. I am sure anyone who has experience in FPSs can instinctively tell where the center is. -

Yet you can see around corners and walls which is more "codish" than uav in CoD. You cannot call someone a CoD kid when you play a 3rd person shooter lol. -
People need to deal with the fact it is an arcadey game (3rd person view) with survival elements. That is the way Rocket and BI wanted it to be. And they threw in first person view for more "hardcore" experience.

The game will absolutely not know if the person in real life notices the other person. The game has no way of knowing how good the person in real life is at noticing patterns, movement, hearing etc. Then comes the difference in monitors and its settings. Put more than 2 people into that situation with different graphical settings, different weather effects, etc, and you need a separate server for the game to constantly figure out if the person in real life did notice the other guy or not. -

Funny because this game is a 3rd person game which is fundamentally more arcadey and unrealistic than CoD will ever be. -
It is a 3rd person shooter so obviously it is not an exploit. Corner peeking and camping is just part of the genre, like it or not. And nobody says taking cover and peeking around a corner in Gears Of War, GunZ or CoD 3pp mode is exploiting. But suddenly in this game it is.

For an example when someone shoots a random bullet by accident into fog and it just happens to go past another guy, the game has no way of knowing if it was intentional (combat and can't log out) or accident (safe to log out). -
