NEAF - when was the control tower changed to the weird empty building?

I am new to the game, and Krasno has been the town where I have decided to "live" and learn DayZ. Very disappointed when just recently, they had not only changed the building, but the hangar also no longer spawns loot! But it is kinda cool. I feel close to that area, I sometimes go off and eat dinner or watch twitch, while in that dark building. I can tell if anyone is there, because there's only one entrance! (Please don't fix that lol) I enjoy walking across the field for the other 2 buildings and the car lot. Love circling back up to the town and back down into the danky side village where I usually log off. The home with the trash can blocking the door is where my "home" is. I have geared up very well over the month in this area alone, and just last night, I made the trek to Severo, where I plan to spend a month getting to know it in the same way. ...So, yeah... you could say that this weird new building in Krasno AF has a spot in my heart. It will always be where I started.
