I`d prefer mobility over shields any day - but that`s just me. That said I hope a weight/fatigue system will be introduced and caryying a clunky shield will have downtimes.

20 weapons - 4 attachments each - 5 possible conditions = 500 items 20 military type clothings - 4 colours each - 5 possible conditions = 400 items 20 military type food/beverages - 5 possible conditions = 100 items ---- 1.000 military items to spawn in the military places

IIRC Mr. rocket said there will be modding allowed when it is finished. This sounds like sth. to be considered then. Beans for you if you make it happen then... :)
