Dallas 29 was one of the first servers i ever played on..i always wondered what ever happened to it, used to be a good one back in the day as well.

As soon as you hear the aaaAAAWWWUUURRR ! zed love call from a distance just start legging it around the trees or buildings, you will find they are fairly easy to lose. The zeds are really just there atm as an indicator that another player is in the area..and to randomly contribute to your broken leg collection. There is a tips thread that someone posted recently here that should give you a head start.

Broken legs ? avoid rocks, ladders, toilet doors, stairs. standing to close to someone in a confined area, tree roots, sloping hills, fences, going prone into houses, still helicopter rotors, dams. Open fields are ok...mostly ;)

If we ever end up with walking zeds i am out. Once you get used to the mod and how it works i am pretty sure (even with the current glitches) you will start to enjoy it. You really missed its hey day by nearly a year though :) Current patch is pretty lame re the zeds but being worked on (hopefully)

My partner got admin banned (hacking) because she told two guys to shutup on sidechat. One of them was telling the other one that there were no easily repairable vehicles within a five k radius of where he was so he was clearly an admin, which he confirmed later when he said to the player he was chatting with on side who was asking where the vehicles were..'if i tell you where the good ones are then i would not be doing my job as an admin would i'. They had been chatting for a while and we couldn't hear shit going on between us and i was trying to show her how to mute players , she had asked them to be quiet on side but had got no reply and then when she said ' guys, shutup ! ' (she was stressing out as she was at the Southern barracks under zed attack whilst trying to mute them) the admins reply was ' NO YOU SHUTUP FUCKHEAD!' followed a minute later by Admin Ban... hacking- and some other childish message. We had been on the server once before and i was questioned by one of the admins after an hour or so of play how i came about the items i had in my bag, mountain dew from Vybor and an m240 from the barracks..straight up i was like..well check the logs mate and make your call, pretty damn obvious. If one was scripting would you tell them on side anyway.. :facepalm: Shit servers..vote with your abort button.

Yep, took her about three minutes to get unstuck after breaking her leg randomly whilst on top. Of course she became unconscious when she finally slid off the ladder so i dragged her around until she woke up and then fed her a stick of sweet sweet morphine.

Bigger hospitals and other buildings are a must, eventually. Heliwrecks or whatever they end up using in the SA would be nice to be found in a dimly lit hard to get through overgrown forest. We also need a completely explorable sewer system. Tight confined crawl areas, big open pipes big and underground water cachement areas, and of course overflow pipes into the ocean.

Sorry bro, didn't realise i was being so harsh on you :) Don't worry, i have 938 brilliant ideas every day but by the time i knock them around a bit i find all the loopholes and only end up with one or two..like Bearpaw gloves or Urinals ;) No :) You still need bodies to remain for as long as the server has until next restart. Randomly coming across someone who died in the middle of fuckbutt nowhere 4 hours ago is always a treat.

You will always have a grammar mistake in your title or post as soon as you mention grammar :) true story. I generally skip over bad grammar as you never really know how old the poster is or where they hail from. As long as it is not ridiculous leet speak it is easy enough to forgive spelling and other errors if the poster is making an effort. Grammar nazis imo are amongst the worst types on the net and should be burnt with a slow fire. Great walls of text are sometimes required and usually only scare the kiddies who will pull out the tldr as soon as you get past one paragraph no matter how interesting. tldr your mum.
