I would rather black powder weapons and all that goes with that than high end military stuff. I would want to be able to pick my 'lucky' ball out of peoples foreheads though.

Give me a quality dev who cares about the game he is making and i don't care how much those other games make or how big their fan base is, as long as i can play something interesting that isn't on rails i will support them and raise a beer at least once a week their way ;)

I work with a guy here who approves of combat logging, he calls it meta gaming and thinks it is hilarious. We don't get on so well.

24/7 daylight, constant 1-2 hour restarts, mega vehicles..no thanks. Private hives may have fixed a few things initally in the mod but then it all went to the dogs.

You will never cure kos with any sort of mechanic. If all we had as a weapon was a thick branch then club fights would be in vogue. The only thing you can do is keep your chin up and your ass covered :)

Constantly seeing people in Berezino, neaf, Krasno, up near the ship and in spots inland. Like said above, the trick is to pick a spot and scan around for a bit. Most wouldn't even know they are being watched. And this on the smaller 1st only servers as well.

Balota, night..no gamma, no brightness. Having a merry old look around for some water to quench my ridiculous thirst when i turned and saw Rocky Marciano was coming at me fists up. I say dear chap, slow up wot ? He declined the art of english and instead let his knuckles do the talking. I clenched my firm tight buttocks even tighter and hightailed it out the door jolly smartly i can tell you, the swish of his manly blows in my ears as i sidestepped gallantly past his uncouth brutalness. We proceeded to circle each other outside, all the time me trying to calm his rage with soothing phrases such as 'come on dear fellow, let's have a spot of beans' and 'don't be so put out , it is only an apocalypse my fine man, now is the time to rise to the fore !'. His blank expression assured me i was dealing with a homicidal maniac so dodging another sloppy uppercut i swiftly pulled the fire extinguisher of my back and plonked him one on the head. Down he went the big brute. Killed him with one blow. Rather rude but what was one to do ? I grabbed a happy snap for the olds, dusted off my bruised jaw and continued my search for water. Cheerio.

That was my thoughts, get his ammo and gun then hightail it back to the spot where you had good cover and wait for the others to come and have a go at getting back their loot.

Not everyone is going to like it, not everyone is going to have the same view. I have paid much more for games, for much less :) I don't feel like i have spit on my face either, maybe some dribble from lunch but that's it.
