Trying to sort the Hetfield/Mustaine riff since forever. Adding Mustaines hair to Hetfield makes me know i am doing my part to bring these two bro's back together. Everyone knows the big four hug was a setup, the rift lives on. If only they could swap hair all would be sweet in the metal world.

I liked it , bit of an insight is always cool :) although i also liked Welchs follow up post, very dayz forumesque :D Kepping in the spirit of the op.. i found out about the mod via another forum , an arma guy was posting some bits and pieces of info in May and i was semi sucked in when i saw firstly that it was based on arma but more so that it had a massive map. The zeds did not really interest me but a vid he posted did. Him and two of his buddies looting a shop and then running for ages trying to lose these zeds, picking off a few here and there and then losing first one then his other mate until he was alone, running , unable to bandage until he finally was also beaten down and eaten. They had killed heaps and fought until out of ammo, it was a very desperate looking few minutes of gaming action. It was definitely not the standard looking fps type that i had grown bored with since years ago and i thought fuk..30 bucks ..why not. That was back when the zeds were impossible to lose and they would follow you for miles..and miles..and miles. Was brilliant getting a zed train on, which you do not see any more. You could basically move the Cherno zed pop to Elektro :) First couple of gaming sessions felt very unique and it was a cool experience.

I would love to see a Chernarus map at least twice the size. Of course it needs the ability to be able to have a fuckton more players on it. Where the map ends in the North is where a Namalsk type enviroment creeps in , lay a big island off the coast near Skalisty , the Skalisty island chain. More mountainous though like Panthera. The North once you get over the Namalsk type snowy barren mountain ranges would need a major city plus airfield so as to draw players up. Something a lot bigger than Cherno. I live in hope :)

Would have to chip in here and say i have met (guessing ages) 13 up to 16 year olds and been 50/50 on kos, have not really heard too much bs over direct from them, most of the younger gen have always been pretty cool if i have bloodpacked them or helped them and vice versa when i have asked for a bloodpack. I find the worst i have met so far regards carrying on like idiots over direct sound older than 16.

This would be a good thread to keep alive if enough people jump in with tips and tweaks for us noobs :) I have just started mucking around , not ready to show the world my first clip yet..don't want anyone thinking i am 7 and tripped over fraps whilst drunk then uploaded something i thought was epic ;) Tried bandicam but i cannot get it to record comms and in game sound at the same time so i am hesitant to buy the full version. Fraps can be a bit of a hog (for me) plus big file size , in firefights , explosions etc Fraps dips too much. i5 @ 3.8ghz , gtx560ti , win7 32 4gb ram. 2 TB hdd space. Yeh i know, i need to upgrade. Have been mucking around with MSI ..all this time and i never knew it had a record function..derp. Definitely does not dip like Fraps does in eye candy situations but struggles with sound, last night recording and i had no sound at all in playback . Have just downloaded the latest beta to see if that fixes it. Smaller file size than Fraps and seems to compress well (using cyber link power producer U11 ) or even Movie maker to compress, still trying to find a good compression tool/settings. edit : just downloaded Razer to see how the recording side of it is.

Depends on mood, last night i was a lumberjacking firelighter on Namalsk, i managed 9 nice little fireplaces in the mainstreet at Old Hospital before someone took offence and blew my skull off.
