What server is it?

Server is hacked it seems, leave and return after restart or play on other server.

Make sure you run the correct Beta for that server.

In Commander, under settings you can change your game path. Arma2 and Arma OA directory.

In Commander you can tell application to shut down after Arma connected. This has helped me improve my network usage over all during gameplay, I noticed sometimes.

Put the ns_dayz files in the @NS>addons folder. Put the key files in the arma 2 operation arrowhead key folder.

I cant tell you what date you need...I got other dates on mine.

Make sure the right bisign files are in the same directory as the corresponding pbo file. ca_e.pbo.bi.bisign and ca_e.pbo.bi2.bisign files.

You have a Steam, steamapps, common, arma2 operation arrowhead folder right? Run the the game exe from there.... If you install the latest Beta patch, you will get a Launch Arma2 OA beta Patch shortcut in that folder, that you can drag to your desktop to use.

I hear you. Did you do the Windows Troubleshooting steps, and retested after every step? Clearly a Steam issue.

Ok, bypass Steam and run only ArmA, that will do it. Steam has problems with the content renewal it seems, could be a patch issue.
