Ok, "BattlEye client not responding" usually happends if your connection times out before answer from BattlEye with calculated GUID reach you. So...try bypass your router/firewall as a test, to try locate the fault point....any changes?

Tell us how you connect to your server....also tell what version you think you are running....What server are you trying to connect to?
