As a workaround...use this link http://arma2.swec.se/server/list to find your server...then use Remote connection button to connect direct, dont forget the port number....

You cant take a ghillie that already is on.....The owner has to take it off and then you can transfer between players

ok, make sure your client is updated to same level as the server you are connecting to.... If so and still problems.....you can try install BattlEye manually.... http://battleye.com/download.html

We need to know what that BattlEye message says....

Try Teamspeak, most of the communication load is carried out by the server...

If you feel that this ban was unfair...you can report this, as the Admin of the server supposed to....only one can decide and rule in this...write to support at dayz

You are doing it wrong.... And its not your battle to fight.....if you suspect cheating...you are supposed to make a ticket to support...you know that.... Do again...do right
