From what you are saying .....it sounds like a network problem.....therefore i suggested connect direct with remote function in ARMA...this for trying go around what ever application you are using to connect.

I hear you.... But if I where you I should check for viruses and trojans....and also check you RAM. I would also run a HDD test and maybe a defrag if it needs that. Reinstall is last thing. This because Battleye cant read and calculate your GUID....and he should.....fault is at your end.
