Thank you. I don't think, I did, at the very least, that was not an intention. I am talking about very specific combination, known as Black Tetrad (aka Dark Tetrad). Those Black Tetrad people are MMO KoSers, and public forums trolls, while a few, they cause many unpleasant problems for all the rest. What they do is pain transfer, from them to all of us, causing massive damage. It is very unfair, and casual and hardcore players, and honest forum posters suppose to be protected from them. Until we do, all I am trying, is to raise public awareness. Ofc, in DayZ, as in any public PvP MMO, all sorts of people are present, with all sorts of personalities structures, yes there are many, with all sorts of contributions and personal problems, no doubt about it. As of me, personally, I do roleplay as Epic DayZ Hero, California Ranger. Eradicate all evil doers, and friendly to all good people. Build Sanctuary Outpost and all that. Like recently I was on Prison Island, did try communicate, was shot, guy did combat log on me. I survived huh. As for Black Tetrad people, I do have first hand experience. I was in psycho ward for some time, suicide prevention center, working with patients, helping to cope. I do believe I have saved a few lives, rape victims. And was not able too a few also. After some time I just lost it, and quit. I am not proud for what I did. I was really desperate at the time. I have got some scientific info I was looking for. Why I was there, and what I was doing, thats very different story.

Yes, eat you. No jk. You may want to check DayZ SA wiki, perhaps. You can be killed, skinned, your meat can be carved from your dead body, cooked, and eaten for water, energy and blood. So when alive, you are nothing but walking meat bag. Its a DayZ SA game feature, cannibalism. But please tell us, did you get the point, you asked, about killing you as new fresh spawn? Did we, DayZ collective, explained it well, do you have grasp on the situation now, better than before?

Hi Bro, it was covered countless times, still, plz lemme try 2 put it real simple: some certain individuals want to kill you regardless, not even to eat you. They want to kill you, plain and blunt, and nothing else, never. Why, you could ask, is that? Well its really simple: they have very specific genetic predisposition, which leads to very specific brain chemistry, which manifest itself as combination of narcissistic personality disorder, clinical sadism, psychopathy, and Machiavellianism. There is no cure. They play very specific role in human society IRL. Some of them became pedophile serial rapists and killers. You can end it, only to put bullet in their head. Literally. In game, ofc. There is nothing DayZ specific. Its like this in any PvP MMO. On symptomatic level they have urge to kill sadistically to satisfy that craving. If they not, it burns them inside with great pain. Nothing else helps them to feel good about themselves, no sedatives, no street drugs, no sex, no drinks, nothing, not even suppress it a little. On the other hand, most of them cowards, they kill you only in safe controlled environment for them, when you completely helpless. They value their life, not like other criminals, like psycho murderers. So just keep whole situation in mind, and develop some skills to deal with it, you can not avoid it. Want to survive zombie swarm 10-12 strong aggro at you at once? Come to Berezino hospital on mid-hi pop server. I was fresh spawn from Solnichniy, had damaged brass knuckles, damaged hoe and damaged axe, no guns, and 3 rags. Came to Berezino hospital to check on WolfgangErikson tip about tomato greenhouses nearby. Run a bit and got about 6 zeds on me. Didn't want face all of them at once, so run up hill. And got even 6 more! Knowing for sure, that any 4 of them can kill you instant, did some creative running to split the swarm. Had total 4 engagements, last bodycount was 6 zeds on the ground. It was quite different when you aggro 2 or 3 zs, all grey and blurry at the end, arms legs pain. I was fresh and not fully hydr/energ, so after splinting I was not recovering. So I have build Berezino Hero Base Camp with growing tomatoes and pump water, for real, started recovery. It was getting dark, I broke red chem for light. It took about hour, did grow ~100 tomatoes (at night!), ~50 ate, rest just spread on the ground for new comers. Nobody came. Felt surreal.

Animals seems to tend mid map. A little west of Pustoshka I saw 6 cows, sometimes 8, sometimes 4. Up north however, not that much. North of grand highway, I know only 1 spot, its in the middle of nowhere, border of forest and field, very far from anything, very up north. Sometimes its elk in the field, sometimes boar in forest, never both, sometimes nothing at all, been already harvested or whatnot, dunno. Saved me bunch of times, indeed, while exploring. As of farming tomatoes, there are few good spots up north, at small villages, you need at least shovel/hoe and seeds, however.

I grow tomatoes at East Coast Base Camps for food and water. 1 bush == 13 tomatoes == ~15-30 min active (semi-passive) :thumbsup: Medics are welcome at Berezino Base Camp B)

Oh, thanks, Chernaya Polana perfect! There is a water pond very close near Chernaya Polana, north-west of fire station, behind small barn, with catwalk planked footway. You can chill, drink, cool, fish, no zeds around, unless you bring them from town. Perfect. And now you grow tomatoes too. :thumbsup:

Yes, indeed, thanks. This is where Sanctuary Outpost is, not Terminus style, but for real, for good people. Base Camps are on the way to Sanctuary, to make journey safer and more reliable, from new spawn points. Raids Forward Camp at Pustoshka has greenhouses for tomatoes, cows herd for meat, and a pond for water nearby.

Thanks, Olsha and Khelm do indeed have greenhouses, as well as Berezino ) lol Dolina and Msta however do not. And I don't know why is that difference. Question itself is not for myself as solo survivor, but rather where to build base camps for sustainable community on private shard.

"Life is a paradox, and it doesn't make much sense ..." © Madonna. There are no greenhouses in Gorka, and I have made 2 sweeps, just in case I miss anything. Police Station is always empty, prolly to high traffic thats ok nwm. But still Gorka is not camp site. So sad.

Where are the tomato greenhouses in SA, which are close to East Coast spawn points? Better with nearby water ponds? Not too many zeds may be? (**** Those are serious questions, not a jk, nor troll)
