No it's a zombie survival game. And after this patch, it's finally starting to look like one. Remember. DayZ is supposed to be tough and unforgiving. Not a walk on the beach. -
I have just stopped reading them... This one's my last Edit: And I didn't even read more then One sentence. I'm also tired of people crying because they now feel like zeds are a threat and everything is so boring because it's so hard now to find the AK's and all the high military-grade weapons, so they can't play the game like CoD anymore. It's a zombie survival game/simulator.

I think that this is how the new cental economy works. But they have said that it doesn't work properly yet, and that we will see an update for that on .56. Though I'm not sertan hehe Could some one with a bit more knowledge expand my "theory"

Most defenatly! It would be so scary to be there at night, with zeds lurking around, crying and screaming in the corridors and rooms. Imagine going there to find a special medicin, and then you get stuck in a room with zeds bashing on the door. The story goes on... Short said. Would really love this. Especially when the new zombie sounds and barricading gets implomented!

Though people don't Run from house to house in real life either. I do agree with you that the current system doesn't work. But it is probably a placeholder as most of the stuff in the game currently. It could also be intensional. If so then I guess hold on to those beans! -
Is this on experimental or stable? I've never seen or heard of it before. It might be a bug. Have it happened before or only this one time?

This has, as you mentioned, been suddgest end plenty of times before. It has also been brought up by the devs, so we might see this in the future

1. No. It wont. They are working hard with the new system. We got a sneak peek of the new player system right at this new status raport. New zombie AI will also decrease the lag. When the new engine gets fully implomented, i feel pretty confidemt it will have eliminated the laggines, atleast the major part of it2. Lower* The new renderer and an optimization of the game will probably fix this a bit. We will probably always have less fps in cities. But I, here to, feel pretty confident that the devs knows what to do about this, and that they can make the game playable also in cities! -
I do to really enjoy the walking in DayZ. I did it with a friend one time and it was the most relaxing thing! We just walked there, looted a house like we had all the time in the world, and listened to the natures sounds while we sat down by a fire. I mean we didn't get that far on our journey. But it was totally worth it!

We wont see more AI then the zeds and animals. The devs have said and confirmed this. DayZ is about player interactions, and how the player changes the world. This is purely what the game stands for and to be honest I stand behind it in every way. AI are pretty much always somewhat predictable, so after a while you learn there patterns and you start to not feel threatened of them at all. But players, real people. They are always unpredictable. So short said. I would rather have a world filled with only unpredictable players, then a half full world of predictable computer folks. And that with more danger. Just wait til the new zombie AI is fully done. Then you'll see that horror side of DayZ ;)

I didn't point my words at him only. I ment all those people who just write short comments of how shitty an idea are instead of arguing against it. What I ment with my comment was that he lost his argumentation when he started with idea is shit.

They should not wait for anything before releasing the zombie hordes. They need testing and that is what we are here for. I do agree with you that the current ui is very clunky, but try not to use the hotbar and instead use the inventory. It works for me. Just drag the item you want to use into your hands slot and you'll be fine!
