Status: Friendly ? So when you say, this video is not like our Bandit vids, we dont play with blablabla tactics, if we see a player we just shoot him, you are friendly ? now thats some strange ways of being friendly............. :emptycan:

Just think about it, ".......2,5 miles in ArmA." for talking to other players ? that wont work in dayZ, never. Try that in real, look if you can understand your friend with gunshoot noises in the background ^^ The "peace" sign, you know there is a surrender key, just use it, maybe we as community can get it to the ..universal "peace" sign.... I like the idea how they handle the Dc/Alt F4 thing, but i dont think thats so easy with how Arma2 servers work etc., because if it would be that easy we would allready seen it in the mod/game And why the hell do i want to see, who killed who in dayZ ? what should it be good for ? if im dead im dead, i dont care who killed me...... i dont like minecraft, but you got my beans just for dont bitching, and bringing suggestions :beans:

you can bitch all day long, in the end it all comes down to the lack of endgame content and the bugs you come along in this alpha stage of an mod. you dont really raise your voice for anything good or point the devs in the right direction, you just bitch around. And all ppl can say to this topic is, you play an alpha stage MOD ( no fully stand alone game, no just a damn MOD !!! ), and it doesnt matter if you right or not, topics like that are useless and bad for the community of DayZ.

You dont read/watch some news dont ya ? The world is full of stupid, trigger happy assholes, that would shoot you without a second thought in a zombie scenario........... And the only TRUE way to avoid PVP is to play more carefull. !!! My last Char. lived 27 days, and i only run into 1 !!! real pvp situation ( second one was a server hopper spawning behind me with his axt, i dont count that as PVP situation ^^ ) till i got bored and run around the nw airfield without watching.......... If you dont want to pvp you dont have to, but dont blame those who want to. its your own fault they catch you !

thats some nice attitude...........not....... Make a god damn bug report an let it be........... I mean whats your point ? We all know this bugs and im more than sure Rocket and his guys know them too ( but guess what there is ppl out there that dont use this and just switch server etc. for having fun testing/playing this mod), but if you dont have the time/patience for that alpha thing, simple play something else till the next 2-3-4 patches came out ........... cya.......

To bad we cant have 1 Server = 1 Char. That + a timer for logging out ( if you dont wait till the timer 20-30 Sec maybe even longer ?!. runs out your char stays on the server for 2-3 min. ) would solve all this DC/Alt F4 problems. BTW i like this " Build a Camp" before you log out thing. its kinda go to sleep the time you are offline :D

There is so much things you could do, Post the location of your stuff for some newbies and protect them looting, Get a bus pick up some Strangers/Noobs show them the "World" and help/protect them Go Hunt ( and i really mean HUNT not just sneak around in the NW^^ ) some Bandits that grief new players. Make a stream giving your stuff away, dont know the most stupid joke in stream chat wins a XXX weapon and so on......... Its a Sandbox game, you have so much Freedom, learn to use it :beans:

Game purchase only or Free ( see below ) Studio but with a big ear for the Community ;) Both, Dev. servers and Com. servers ( there you can make the "F2P" like concept a bit- make the game cheap or free, give ppl the servers to rent and let the Dev servers be limited in how many players, less spawns, less vehicles, etc..... i think that could be a good way if its done right) if Kickstar means that funding project site or something similar, dont forget its not that common to have a credit card in europe ;)

Thats my plan also in the moment, im on my way back to cherno/elektro from my camps and go hunt bandits who wanna grief some newbies :P Im for sure gonna die, but i take a few of them with me ^^ And god knows, maybe i meet some other survivors on this mission, or at least know i have done something good for them :cool:

Dont get me wrong im not crying about it, i love that intense situations where you meet other players in the north and you dont know what is going to happen. But im sure it could be better, and i hope Rocket and his guys find the right balance for every playstyle to go along ;)

I run the game on a low system to Dualcore E5200@2,50Ghz 4GB Ram nivdia 9500GT I run the Game on 1680x1050 with normal to low details and 100% 3D solution, run about 30 FPS in citys.( as long as its a good server its alwyas playable, even with heavy firefights in the rain) Since your system is nearly the same ( you have a better CPU i have the slightly better GPU [google say so ^^]) i say try Arma 2 Free, ifts running smooth you can run DayZ to ( at least that was the case for me ) Ps: You have a Benchmark test in Arma2free us it ;)
