    where were you when you tried to log out? again, I've yet to even see the log out timer. but I always log out in the woods (too many bad experiences logging back in, in the middle of a war zone)

    you gotta draw them into the middle, until they're far from the doors, and then you run out of there. by the time they make it to the door, you're long gone. again, these aren't new tactics...

    true story, that was the night I started playing. I played my first two lives with the makarov, saw there was an update, bye bye makarov... but yeah, pretty much every major update has been met with "OMG game is completely broken!"

    exactly. clearly these people didn't play the game when you had no melee weapons and zeds would aggro from like 200m IMO they just act weird with this patch. they aggro easy, but seem to lose interest easy too. more than anything I see them standing around, kinda borked/stuck for some reason...

    that's kinda what I assume about at least some of the complainers the new zed aggro got a bunch of zeds on their tail. they tried to despawn them by logging out. timer came up and their character was killed by zeds. then they get on the forums and make up a story about how their grandmother fell down the stairs and they had to log out <_<

    you guys need to learn to change your (bad) habits. if you don't like the log out timer, don't log out around zeds players cried and cried for solutions to combat logging issues, specifically asking for features like a log out timer, and now everyone's dumbfounded like "why's there a log out timer? :blink:"

    yeah, but then looting is back to picking stuff from a list of text. I'm not against the idea of containers, I would just hope they're used sparingly

    I would like wildlife with more dynamic AI. I was thinking after playing Far Cry 3 that it would be kinda cool if the aggressive animals didn't attack you every time

    you're trying to rationalize what they did under pressure. they were having all types of issues with youtube, and literally burning the midnight oil. they threw it together themselves and got it out

    yeah, the thing I like about Chernarus is there's only 2 barracks, and they're far from where people spawn. but I think it's safe to say the loot mechanics will be very different, so I'll wait to see how it plays out
