    2 months later will be E3, and 2 months after that PAX Prime you created this dichotomy, like he has to either prioritize the dev blog or pax. my point is there's always gonna be a pax, or something similar, to prepare for. it's a given in his business, and for that reason it should already be accounted for in his schedule

    I like how weapon attachments have changed things in Arma 3. should be awesome in the DayZ standalone. it just totally changes the 'worth' of different weapons

    no, because people will still base it solely on what they read in the changelog, and/or the rage they've been reading. with the nature of reddit, a large number of the people participating in that survey probably don't even play DayZ. it sounds funny, but it is the nature of internet rage

    the thing is everyone rages over the changelog. then you actually play the game, and see it's just a yellow can, that shows up as "can (fruit)" in your inventory the moral is wait until you see how it plays out before rage

    in game you can barely end see what the new "immersion breaking" items are. it's just a different looking can, and in your inventory it's "can (fruit)". people love to make a big deal about nothing...

    that's only because the zombies are an after-thought though. if they were more of a threat, people would be abusing 3rd person to spot them too. it's hard to get away from the fact that it's just completely unrealistic to be able to look over and around walls. I think it comes down to the question of what the positives of 3rd person really are. I really can't think of any that aren't basically an exploit and these topics always get to the obtuse point where people act like there's something out of the ordinary about a game being locked down to 1st person
