I KoS on occasion when I feel threatened. Last night I killed 1 of 3 dudes in Cherno after they surrounded my building, but naturally I was aiming down from a balcony and even though the gun was free of the balcony edge it would just shoot the wood. Tried moving around, went to crouch and pressed v. Death. lols. Had so much loot too. Anyway yeah, I KOS specially if someone doesn't answer me. -

Played on a few this afternoon with 1.7.1.5, side chat was enabled and the whole server was working together except for a few bandits. Was nice. -

I patched to 1.7.1.5 - issues are; Zombies still killing me through walls. Another issue is the zeds traversing stairs, I'll see them at the bottom and then BOOM they teleport behind me? Really annoying. Lack of morphine is pretty bad too. Other than that I like it. -

^ Have to agree with broken bones. Its pretty silly. I put a bug up on the dev thingy, magazines dropping when you pick up an item for your inventory. Even though you have room in both your inventory and magazine inventory it still drops all your mags. -

Yet putting a car tire into your backpack and walking around with it is? Get serious. It annoys me when people try and play the "that's so unrealistic" card when the fundamentals of the game are unrealistic. If you get shot 3 times with an AK in the real world, you can't bandage yourself up, eat some beans and move along. It's a game. Every popular, well designed game provides some form of medium for people to communicate. If you remove that, then you may as well be playing with AI. -

I registered just to drop in my 2cents for this thread. I think global chat should be available, or the ability to join a group and use that for chat. Should someone want to find a friendly person to team up with on-the-fly it's nearly impossible to do without some form of chat. Should they wish to publicize their incentives (read; "meet me at the firestation in cherno" or whatever) then that's their choice, as like someone mentioned it opens up possibility of ambush etc. I'm partially deaf, and don't use radios/phones/teamspeak because I can't understand people over it. My problem yes, but if there is no other option then I'll simply stop playing. Sometimes I like to be a bandit and mess with people, other times I like to team up with a few people and conquer as much as possible. There needs to be SOME form of global comms.
