There's probably some dev code you can use to hide the hud but I just use the clone stamp tool in photoshop. It takes some time and effort to get it right though. If I'm lazy I just cut out the food/water/blood/temp. huds and stretch the image a bit and use sharpen.

Sparsely scattered hazmat zeds with an increased chance to drop morphine and other medical equipment, so that players with fractured legs don't necessarily have to crawl across the map to a hospital. Maybe give them an increased chance to get you infected to add some flavor.

Too bad the Dev team isn't too keen on scripted events. I would've suggested one of those massive Lockheed cargo planes make a random supply drop once a week with high-end military grade equipment. Just imagine a server full of players all running towards the same field.

I also thought of a some kind of light beacon but then it occurred to me it isn't the smartest thing to do with all the zeds and bean-hungry bandits roaming hither and thither. Perhaps a military flashlight pinned to his shoulder, painting the ground underneath in red at night. It wouldn't be as easy to spot and it would give a nice gloomy ambiance.

The hero skin with Adolf-moustache, oh the irony.

Remove deer stands and substitute for randomly spawning dead paratroopers / pilots hanging from trees with their legs gnawed to the bone by zeds. These would be better gameplay-wise compared to the static deer stand spawns everyone remembers by heart. Also much more cooler and believable, considering there are no deer in Chernarus. They could have the same loot as the deer stands and a few regular infected walking around nearby.

Considering that you can transform a 6-round revolver clip into a 7-round M1911 clip, or walk around with a helicopter rotor in your back pocket, I find it perfectly logical. Besides it actually is logical, its called organizing. Have you ever packed a suitcase by neatly placing your stuff rather than just tossing everything in it?

Primary: L85A2 AWS Secondary: G17 In the primary inventory: 6 x STANAG clips, 3 x Bizon SD clips, food and water. In the secondary inventory: 7 x G17 clips, 1 bandage. In the toolbelt: Mil. flashlight, knife, watch. compass, GPS, map, entrenching tool, toolbox, matches, hatchet. In the backpack: Bizon SD, 2x bandages, 2 x painkillers, 2 x morphine, 6 x reserve STANAG clips, food and water. Optics: Binoculars, NVG. I always organize my stuff exactly the same way, makes finding and using things much more smoother.

I got infected once too, and I was all the way beyond the NW airfield. Got in a bit of a hurry when I realized the nearest hospital was on the other side of the map. I ran straight to Cherno only stopping to feast on some animals I came by to replenish my blood. Good thing I found antibiotics on the roof of a hospital. All in all a great survival experience.

I launch the game through Steam and use the integrated screenshot function (F12)

You probably have the Private Military Company and British Armed Forces DLC, right? I only have Arma CO and I read somewhere it only has "lite" versions of some of the skins, hence the poor quality.

Like what, blurry? That's how they've always been in my game, is there something wrong with them?

A few random shots.
