About 14 000 players playing now and i bet without the current connection problems with steam there would have been peak record of players playing. Best time in Europe to play atm.

Yea need to go through the playerlist (p) one by one and mute players. :)

So many servers. Browser can't hadle it. :) Using filter max-min filter helps.

Cant see any servers now. Was fine 2 hours ago.

I feel exactly the same. I stopped playing the mod when bis told that there will be standalone. Now i'm back for more... brain... beans!

So got banned and accuced of hacking on UK 1 dayzmad.com server. Because i find some fancy admin helicopter on the map? It was in the top left corner of chernarus. Gotta f'cking love private servers that have powerhappy admins... funny thing is that i've played on that server for months. I just saw that now that same guy banned me from their forums aswell. I don't understand how can they say that i used some navigator/esp hack? because i find a helicopter from a place that is used to hide goodies on many server ??? You've all been into that top left corner of Chernarus right? I remember being accused of hacking once before on that server when i killed some "clan-members" or "server owners" in their base (they have cool base's around the map on that server map. That players can use). But that time there was smarter admin on... some guy was just pissed because i killed him. Just needed to get this out of my chest... and warn players who go to that server. Just keep it simple. Dont go into empty helicopters, it might be a TRAAP! and you might bump into some idiot admin.

Well, harsh maybe. But i'm not the only one being harsh. They have a welcoming text on the server that says something like: "contact forums if you think you're wrongly banned" well i did and that's the answer i get. Dont know how often that Killzonekid plays or by what name. But i dont remember playing with him at any point. Not there to make friends... i just wanted to know how he thinks that i use some navigator esp thingy? because i dont. If the only reason is that i find his fancy trap. Then he is an idiot. And i dont wanna play on a server where admins ban by "hunch". Their server their rules, fair enough. But i didnt use any hack or cheat to find his helicopter.

Woot :beans: Now this is the atmosphere what DayZ needs! You can feel the instant danger when you spawn on this island. Ambient sounds, cold, random zombies, love it all. Need to try the Namalsk Crisis too at some point.

Panthera looks amazing. Thanks for this mod to point it out. Too bad you can't play Dayz on it. As there is hackers on every server. All these new DayZ-maps just give's hackers bigger playground. :(

I've played this since May. I have not seen a single hacker. There has been no hacker problems on the servers that i play. (lol now the hackers will hunt me down) Only Veteran, no 3rd, no croshair -servers. Many popular multiplayer game has hacker problems at some point. Battleye is not good. But now that ArmA II has sold shitloads. I bet they are more interested of solving this hacker problem with this game. Every goddamn Dayz thread all over the internet is full of hacker this, hacker that rant. That's just what the hackers want. But not every buggy death is done by hacker in ArmAII/dayz. OFP/ArmA/ArmAII, there has always been weird deaths in multiplayer because of the shitty netcode. I hate hackers and cheaters as anyone but jeesus it's not the end of the world and it's not mod makers fault that there is people out there who live from the tears of other players. Huh i feel better now... Hate the hackers, not the game.

When i started to play Dayz there was like 5 servers. :) Congrats to Rocket. ...and to BIS (ArmAII sales). :beans:

Biggest turn off atm in this mod.

You can pitch a tent inside rock. No Ghillies or Camo's spawning, but still people have them and get them from their old tents. Because every time server resets, tents are back with everything in it. Even if the tent was destroyed. Loosing your not full mag on disconnect was better then getting full mag every time you rejoin. Now you have unlimited ammo. Rare items are not so rare as people know where there are tent's that give you all your high end gear back if you died and lost them. Zombies are way too easy Temperature is pointless (does it ever drop?) You can fix your bicycle by geting out and hop back on Only challenge atm is not to get killed by another player. I mean shit, there's no point even go hunt people's "base's" because if you destroy their vehicles and tents they just get them back after server restart.

Yes a game that you buy should be all that.But this is a free mod for another game and in alpha stage where you test bugs by adding all the new stuf in the world that you would like to see in the final version someday.
