Who cares?... you need extreme luck sticking to 1 server to find the good stuff, otherwise we hop, seems you got shot by a fellow hopper. Just pretend we are Dr Who and have a majic phone booth time machine if you need to make up some kind of justification... Prob not nettles, seems like kos would be worse than hopping. I can go find my precious w/o having to worry about kos psychos.

You obviously havent seen any episodes of The Walking Dead... The OTHER people are way more of a threat than zombies, except when they attack in waves of 100+... Now if i can just find that prison to secure im all set...as long as a T92 doesnt get added to the game.

Does the fire cure hypothermia ?? or is it game over once hypothermia hits.... I logged out and i was cold, logged in last night and all of a sudden - freezing - hypothermic = in a matter of mins... in full gorka gear - nothing ruined... i dont get it..

If i encounter someone and actually talk to them, and they sound like they are 21 or under = shoot immediatly... simple really. Cant deal with babysitting, they should be outside playing with sticks and shit, not sitting in front of a pc playing video games.

Try to follow some of the crap below: Set the filter option for battleye required = yes even tho its 1st/3rd be aware of a few things: - the name of the server / persistance - if its generic named server, DayZ CA 1-122 or similar you must rejoin a similar server or you prob get wiped - if its like a clan name, =BOM= clan server .... you must rejoin something similar or you prob get wiped - the time of the server - 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 and such are bad, server in process of restarting and might not have connection to battleye/hive = you prob get wiped - time should be something like 8:33, or a 9:21, or a 10:43, or a 12:11, click refresh a few times - check to see the timer increment in 1 min intervals = prob ok to join - try to join server with the good times as stated above AND that have at least 1 person in them... - if you join a server and see WAITING FOR HOST... and no red battleye text in lower left corner = HIT ESCAPE IMMEDIATLY AND GET THE F OUT, means the server is not connected to battleye/hive yet and has no player info = you prob get wiped. - after exiting a server be carefull to not rejoin another asap... give it a 60s+ delay always - if you log out in a combat situation your dude can stay on the server you just left for like 60s or more i think = bad, again a battleye/hive thing, so make sure to give it at least a couple mins before joining another server. - if you log out, and know you were safe / all ok, and you log in and you are a freshie... do not move... immediatly log out and attempt to log in on a different server like i stated above and you should still have that dude, you prob logged into a server that appeared to have the same paramaters as previous but didnt. you can have 2 guys going at same time, a 1st person only view dude, and a 1st/3rd person dude .... i got screwed out of many a fully jacked dudes by not following these rules.... since then lost zero....

Good idea, what about some kind of name indicator that shows up above the characters head and can only be seen from voice chat range or shorter... that way there would be no chance of finding/seeing names for longer range engagements / snipers... dunno, hard to put a name to a character and not mess up the overall feel of the game...

You got shot by his friend who was obviously in an overwatch position to cover his buddy, and/or they had a 3rd person who was also in position to cover this scenario... as you were taken out to a field with many places to get shot from... never trust russians, always shoot them asap.

Yep, i also always wear 1 of the 3 payday masks or a gas mask, just cause i played payday a lot. No one ever says friendly when im geared or masked - they just f'n shoot at me / kill me.... so now i usually kos everyone i see... unless its a name i know from forums and i have semi confidence this person is normal / friendly (this scenario has never happened, iv seen a familiar name or 2 but was never able to find them in game )

And maybe this is why people with masks on kos... cause you f'n sobs are too f'n paranoid.... lighten the f up, not everyone that wears a payday mask is kos...

Nice work, hard to tell if that body/1st guy you found was part of the ambush... seems like the guy that shot your buddy / you shot was camping that hill looking for snipers tho, gj escaping and flanking him.

Very nice work indeed, these results are sort of depressing for a long term surviver, endure for long period of time and eventually you may die due to the spine breaking, this will change how i play - will not mess around with zombies - shoot on site instead of attempting mele. And no... i dont think this type of system should be in place, grizzled vets that survive for long periods of time should be rewarded, not punished, this will make us hermits even more freaked out and take less chances. Odds are you are gonna get brutally murdered attempting this.... someone named sniperwolf wants to give a hacksaw - sure.... bad idea. red_ensign... this guy is located at a pub, prob totally drunk and by the time he gets to you he will have totally forgotten why is there in the first place and shoot you in the face... bad idea.

drop the flashlight and battery, take your shirt off with inv window open - right click on it and turn it into rags, this is how you stop bleeding when zombies bash the crap out of you, other than that, get clothes, look for an axe (best zombie mele weapon and can open canned food), and eat / drink till you are energized / hydrated. do not trust anyone... never let them behind you. Hour or 2 ago i just got ass fuk'd by couple asshats on your server lol in cherno... i had shit, machete and blaze w/o ammo, 2nd flr police station - hear doors open - guy runs up and right by me - instead of attempting machette kill i say "friendly" and all taht bs, he has all camo and sks - he doesnt shoot me, so we run around for like 15mins and along comes his friend... hit the firestation, not much in there and they close the doors... i can sense thier murderous intent at this point as 1 of them is always trying to get behind me... with no f'n ammo and a f'n machette i said f it - stood still for like 10s = shot in back of head... for nothing.. had crap... similar shit that happened to boston and punisher... can never trust any of these sob's......

Some good shootouts... iv died to an exploiter same as saw there - hiding in walls and he shot me when i went to check under stairs - somehow he was able to stick his arms/gun thru the wall, shot me, and remained inside walls.
