Will We Ever Be Able To Have At Least 40 FPS In Cities and Everywhere

When talking about DayZ SA, above is sadly not truth. I have i-7 4770K, 8GB DDR3, Radeon 7870 2GB, SSD and no, I'm not having super FPS in SA. In Cherno / Elektro I'm having 18-30 FPS, more if I look in the sky or at the ocean O_o. I frikkin love this game but I hope, they will optimize it somehow (maybe those proxies are the culprit?). -
For me , the worst kind of players are not even KOS'ers, but those that pretend to be friendly only to stab you in the back. On the other hand, without all these crazy bastards the game would not have so much tension :).

What about ammo though? I don't think you would be finding .223 ammo all the time. With a bit of skill, you could craft passable xbow bolts yourself, even better with bow/arrows. Plus is so friggin stylish to hunt animals or zeds with bow/xbow, once they are in game, I'm gonna test the sheit of them for sure. btw I don't get why AKM was postponed to Q3 (if that roadmap is correct) since it was supposed to be almost finished.

I'm waiting for some AK (no matter if AK74 or AKM/47) then I will have my favorite weapons. As a side arm, I'd go with CZ75 since I'm feeling patriotic right now :-). edit: hoping for vz.58 to make it in game sometime -

True true, still sightly disturbing when before last mini patch game was fine, now blam and its messed up again. What I personaly dislike is the fact, that we do not know, what this last patch was ment to do (150MB one). Atleast I could not find it on forums nor Reddit (I don't use FB nor Twitter). -

Don't know about that. Try hitting somebody 10 times with your fists and check if you ruined his jacket, tshirt or pants. Different story would be items stashed in the clothing itself. -

Every time I play Arma 3 I wish, that DayZ SA had sounds like that. I mean I can tell from where ppl are shooting, shots sound are done nicely, well it's night and day. Anyway as good Devs said, the sound polish will come as a last thing to do, so I guess we just have to wait. -
Oh yeah, it's been few days already before this kind of topic appeared....was just about the time for new one !! Now I expect the one with gamma/brightness cheaters to follow soon.

I think Devs should address this. Atm we can just speculate why are the guns so badly innacurate even in pristine condition. I'd like for them to add weapon sway and more recoil, but other then that, guns should be more accurate then they are ( I think).

That's always what I saw when checking bodies, no matter if I, or anybody else, killed them. I guess there might be some bug in there, with so many unknown entities. Your mention about ID sounds cool. What if every player spawned with ID card, that could be only taken from his corpse? Or that you could show to other people as well. This could lead to some interesting encounters.

When both builds are the same, I stick to stable, because as was said, hive for stable is much more powerfull then the one for experimental.

Maybe they want to develop something more complex then just setting gun's accuracy. Maybing adding of weapon sway, noticeable recoil and stuff like that. But that's just my thoughts, it's just Devs who knows for sure.

For me, the game feels tad smoother now (on patched stable that is, experimental was worse). Now if Devs could only deliver the optimalisations in towns, something to do with dreaded "proxies". If I could get 40 FPS in Cherno / Elektro / Berezino, I would be happy camper.

On a side note, the game now feels a tad more fluid right? Atleast after they patched stable branch, experimental was wonky for me, but that powerful hive (mind) for stable, seems really ehm powerfull. -
Just please do not add .50 cal or some crazy good modern sniper rifles to the DayZ SA. Leave that for when SA is released for modders, then all kinds of gun crazy mods will surely appear in no time. Btw I think it's obvious, that gun accuracy in general is placeholder atm.

Still it would be pretty f***ed up losing your kid because of belief and then to be "rewarded" with more children. Dunno how that works for you, but I take my child as one of it's kind, so he can not be just replaced like broken thing. But I guess things were different back in ancient ages, one's life did not carry much weight back then. I will not bash anybody's faith, but many of these stories are pure tragedy and nothing that would inspire me much. -

Hmm as for experimental I see just some 8 servers (SE and UK), almost every of the full. When I try to join I'm getting "waiting for host" black screen. Darn. -

Same here, getting ported back some 50 meters every few minutes. This happens maybe on whole server, because both me and buddy were having this at the same time and we were away from each other. -
You forgot to mention "good graphics" as well :-). Yeah, maybe even with coop. Totally liked how the dude was fishing with spear :).

OK Division looks nice, but I'm far more interested in...The Forest! But yeah, Forest is single player only, they might add some coop later, but the survival aspects and base building kinda caught my fancy!
